They are charging for premium service and the experience is worse than regular BLS centers. They is no ticketing system so you don't know where the passport is. Every thing is dependent on your going and checking where the passport is. Appointment time is of not use. Our appointment was 11:20 am and at 11:50 our documents were still not in queue.
Why u r not providing ur call center or customer service number this is 2023 still! U hv given a number in the website which never answer or respond why like dis? U r answerble to customers whom I should contact?
Not worth even 1 star, Indian Embassy appointed service center, charging 2% additional charges for Card payment? And that too at Premium service lounge, Do U have a justification for this #BLSAUH?
When I submitted my application I was told that I should get my passport within a week. But it has been 3 weeks now, so far there is no update. Unbelievably I was charged 960 aed for passport renewal. I would never recommend to go there. Awful experience
Struggled with our new born as there was no private space and not even seperate washroom for ladies. We took premium service expecting this. Staffs were quick and given consideration for us
Only two gays working for typing, one receptionist and one office boy.even with appointment taking 2 hours time.need to increase space and manpower. For me it is waste of money and time.

Pathetic. This is not a premium lounge at all. It is more basic than the basic ones. Not at all organized. BLS should definitely take measures to improve their services. There are so many bad reviews but no action taken from BLS. Great.
Not at all Premium! It is just passport services with an appointment. Only positve thing is the staff. I visited on 20/11/2021. My photo was taken not by a prefessional camera but with mobile phone camera.premium service haaa.they have a tiny camera but no memmory card and no battery. 4 For staffs, especially for that reception guy️ Facility wise nothing at all. At least they should respect the word PREMIUM
I stepped into this office just wondering if I could find a solution to renew my passport, since I am on a visit visa right now. Beyond expectations! Mrs. Reshma Martis and Mr. Joseph Dcosta were truly knowledgeable about the procedure, they were courteous and ready to help. I ended up completing my application. Hats off to both of them. We hope we find such people everywhere.
We were really surprised that they were not accepting card payment. Rarely do we carry the cash in hand and it was extremely tedious going out to ATM at 50 degrees of blazing heat considering we opted for Premium lounge service. Again they made us sigh in disbelief by declaring they do not have even the change money which made us to go out again to get change from nearest shop. Very poor organization and service for extra money they charge for so called 'Premium' service!
Even though there may be a big wait for your turn, they will fullfil all your needs. Ms. Binita was very helpfull and friendly. In future pls consider card payment also.
BLS International Reem Island Abu Dhabi. All the staff are customer friendly specialy Ms. Reshma Reema Martis. Excellent work. Very accommodating and professional. Heard us quietly with a smile. Did not get annoyed at the repeated question asked.
Best experience so far with BLS, From reception to guard all have a helping nature.

Time spent almost 2hrs for renewal of wife's passport and change in address, due to heavy rush in family section.
I had a visit to the BLS Abu Dhabi. Really happy with the representatives and staffs are extremely helpful. Especially the staff who attended to me, Syama. Hope and pray that this good customer service and helpful attitude is reflected to all the customers coming into BLS.
This is only place in world during COVID-19 time people stand in a long queue to get token for India passport. They have appointment online for premium service. Those who are not premium should stand in a queue from 9 am in morning.worst service. I don’t know when government of India will open eyes to see them

Had a great experience at BLS Business Avenue center, Abudhabi. The staff especially Mr. Aravind was extremely helpful and gentle in the way he dealt with my queries and case. Hope we could see more staff like him in such facilites that could turn out to be a blessing to thousands that seek help with clearances and passport services. Kudos.
Worst service ever so far I have availed in Abudhabi is from bls international. Staffs are very unprofeshional, incompetent staff as they let client / customer confused, wasted time, no proper instruction about the requirement. They don't verify the requirement properly at one time and let customer come again and again with different instruction. Honestly we had a very bad experience from BLS international maroor road. Zero rating.
BLS center Abudhabi totally resembles typical Govt offices in India. First of all, the place is overcrowded. Don’t even think of social distancing. The middle chairs has ‘Don’t sit over here’ posters but nobody cares, and nobody supervise it. You could expect about 50 (if not more) people inside the hall at a given time.
The website has an option to book an appointment prior to your visit. But when you reach there, you’ll learn that the appointment is if no use. You need to get token. There’s no system for that too. You have to-kind of- beg for the token at the security.
There are a 100 possible ways to improve the whole process, by online token /text messages and you name it. But seems like they least care about the convenience of people.
I don’t blame staffs there. They are doing what they possibly can and most of them, including the manager, are helpful too. But the no.of applicants are way beyond their capacity.
Totally get flabbergasted to see the overall review 3.5. They don't deserve even 1. Worst service ever gone through my entire life. The premium appoinments were only for name sake and we had to wait for another 2 hours for our chance. Really annoyed to see how the staffs works with zero professionalism. Dear BLS team, If you guys are not capable of doing it properly, please quit this contract.
Very bad service waited for 3 hours even with prior appointment, I had online application done, they not even checked and typed the another application to get money may be they have commission I guess, very unnecessarily sending people back for photos with specs with no reflection, even with small beards for appearance. Govt should think about these unprofessional services to stop and give to some other good agency or do it directly these services.
I reached their office in Abudhabi to take passport for my new born baby at 1.28Pm, the security told the counter closed at 1.30 PM and will be opened 2.30PM, I replied its only 1.28PM then he replied token closed @ 1.25PM. He told to wait, then after 2.30 Pm they give priority token but again waited with my baby around more than 1 hr seems no one care for any one. Then I catch one guy and inquired about the priority token given whether there is really any priority or just in writing. Then he took us to further procedure. Aroud 3.50PM we left from there office. This is the first time I am seeing any office in UAE where no consideration is given for ladies and other special category (only in signage what they putted there). Also the office is located in a location where we will find too much difficulty in finding parking slots.
My application was rejected for photo with glasses. Their web site clearly mentions reflection on glasses not allowed. My glasses in the photo does not have any refection or glare. Web site does not mention photo should be without glasses
This was the first time I visited a BLS VAC for my Spain visa processing. The staff was really helpful and i was able to complete my visa processing requirements in a hassle free manner. Thank you team BL for your help.
Worst service. They tottally gave wrong information about the POLICE CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE which should be issued from BLS itself. They told us to go to india and apply in Local police station. Today i came to know it can be easily applied through BLS (anywhere in UAE) if you have clearance from UAE POLICE. Worst staffs all around and receptionist talks likes an IAS officer. Feels worst and funny.
