Very bad service. They dont accept card payment here. When spoke to the manager he was like we don't care attitude. If they don't accept card they have to mention that in their website or atleast mention in the email they send. Very very bad experience. The reception staff attitude is also very bad.

I had very bad experience from BLS AL REEM from Mr Gopakumar staff of BLS international I have went for new born passport for my daughter he told me there is no slot available until 2 weeks next day morning I have went again I have got the appointment. And also he is misleading the information too.

I suggest if anyone is going for new born passport then fill the application form and birth registration in any typing center because they will charge 30 dhs per form for wrighting only parents name and their passport number in 2 forms so it becomes 60 dirhams and they will charge separate 30 dirhams for scanning and printing. In total i paid 220 for the passport form filling, photos editing, birth registration and scanning and printing plus 340 actual fee for passport and birth certificate. They follow different rules in different branchs, in vip longue one of my friend submitted only arabic birth certificate attested by MOFA and they accepted without opening their mouth but in reem Abudhabi branch they only want in English attested by MOFA and asked me to submit the application next day, literally I felt the atmosphere inside was like roadside shop.

They dont inform you of the extra charges, passport photos that you bring are not valid and you have to compulsarily take it from their office at an extra charge, SMS alerts charges, courier charges.ended up paying almost double of the charges for passport renewal!
The biggest issue is they do not have digital payments, only cash.seriously? In this day and age?
Staff is very nice and cooperative, but will never tell you that most charges are optional, they will add it without asking the customer.

But one negative is no card payment available as per the staff they have only one machine for all 10 counters which is very shame on an international service company and even that one machine send for repair to bank which I don’t believe.

I went for the renewal of Indian Passport, and it was shameful to know there is no card payment here in the era of Digital India. The whole mall has only one ATM which run out of cash frequently. So carry cash with you if you are going for any service here.

Two days before visited this centre for my cousin and it was very easy process and staff there was very helpful.

There is much need of customer handling training to the staff

I asked simple question that is list of documents to which their staff (Satheesh or Sajith) shouted on me reminded me typical Indian government office.
He is most mannerless person i have ever seen in UAE.

Later one lady on reception shown the documents actually required.

Go prepared and cautious they are ready to fight every time
If you ask anything they will start barking like dogs.

I really wish everything should go online without human contact. Human beings like these are making this world worst place to live.

Actually they don't deserve even a single star. They are expecting us to come early for tokens. I came for new born which is on priority but they simple tell us system down, so where is the IT engineer. We are remitting billions from abroad and they are treating us so badly. There's no adequate space and insufficient staff

Nice Office and Staffs,
But,
1) No Cards will accept, No Change is available in the counter, Its our responsibility to bring Exact AED 371 or AED 298, whatever it may be. (Funny Part is no shops are there in the entire building to provide u a change)
2) The crunching sound of the entire steel benches, while waiting for the token, will haunt you, will torture you, never mind its our turn to wait.
3) After submitting the files and charges, we need to wait sometimes for its processing, My passport is still not recieved neither a police varification came since 1st July 2022, Its my first time hanging, I renewed, reissued my wife's and children's passports and never faced any difficulty but this time i am stucked.
Anybody else here who received their passports, who submitted on or after 1st July 2022.

If you want to renew your passport, correction of Adress and want to add your wife/husband name into your pasport you can come BSL International in sky tower reem Island. All you need is your original document and photocopy. Please come near 7am morning and get your token early.

Service - Poor
Very slow processing
They are taking a good money, but the service provided is very bad, much time-consuming.

Don't understand, why they have 10 counters and only 4 counters are in service.

Hint to be faster there - Do typing in their office. They are charging 30 aed for that, but they provide a faster token may be on different name. Your job will be done faster.
Different type of corruption.

BLS is really Lootnekka Station.

Worst Parts
1. Empty reception
2. Receptionist Cummins security guy is busy with 3rd service which is to process photograph
3. After talking to security guy, he rudely advised to stand in line at reception till someone comes
4. Long waiting time of 1 hour minimum
5. Clerks/typist were checking documents with intentions to make your life difficult and to sell extra services like 30dhs for typing pp/visa application form or photo
6.clerks were rejecting the documents because they feel like it is not right

Good part
One sensible lady within their team who had manners and courtesy checked with Indian embassy about this document and confirmed acceptance.

Less than 1*, very poor service.waited around 4 hours to get the counter. Service is compared to india is very poor, compared to UAE services is no words to explain the height of poor service. And be careful about the counter they were charging unwanted justification, simply they will charge by giving you the DECLERATION FEE CHARGE, if u dont ask why, they will cheat by the name of appearance changes and all. Government of india need to be taken action against BLS service by auditing. How they can collect the charges on the one who was issued passport 10yrs before and for now he would be little bit changes in his face as per age increases, the BLS charging as Appearance changes & if u wants to add your spouse name again you need to pay additional charges.then tell me what you mean by renewal of passport?

Office is so small and congested. Being in UAE we need to stand in line before office opening to get the token no. To get allotted time. Very pathetic services.
If I apply the same in India these kind of hurdles are not there.

There is no zero in option other I should give, worst office have ever visited, need to wait more than 3 hours, don't take permission from office better take a off and visit this place. Token system is automatically skipping some nos, rude security. Simply waste.

Very poorly coordinated service, had to wait over 3 hrs to reach the counter to renew by 5 year old son's passport. There are not enough seating for all the wait. Moreover only 4 counters out of 10 were functional. Only cash payment available, so much for digital India. Such a shame.

Very Good Service.
*No Appointment.
*Token (limited numbers) will be given only @ 9AM in the morning.
*Location- At the far corner of the city.
*Waiting Time - 2 Hours-mostly standing due to limited seats.
*Typing Time- 1 Hour-standing.
*Parking Fees for Building- You will pay minimum 11Dhs.
*Atmosphere- Congested
*Payment- Only Cash (they are still in 1947)
*Experience of the Staff- Not to the Satisfaction.

Better try another place.

Honestly one of the worst places to get a passport issued or renewed. We had to wait for 2 hrs with an infant in our arms. With no place to sit. Moreover no feeding stations.

Their main idea is to sell their premium lounge service. Making life difficult for common people.

Renewing your passport in india is a better option where TCS has taken over.
This place completely lacks customer service. Till the door we have to follow social distancing, green pass … however once we enter It looks like a 1930 crowded bus station.

I hope this review would bring to attention of the management on what a wonderful job their staff has been doing to be rated this way.

Mr Karan Aggarwal you seriously need to look into your mission values. If the same cannot be met, it shouldn’t be displayed.

I had my "WOW" experience from Bsl International Services Ltd, The Reem Island. I am so happy I myself Hajara came there to renew my passport along with two daughters passport.they assisted us in such a way that it was so easy and made us so comfortable can't believe this was happening thanks to all the staffs of Bsl specially to Mrs. Sneha, Mrs. Reshma, Mr. Khaja and a person who first came running to us to assist us but I did forget to ask his name neither did I met him again. Thank you to all for such a support and help. Love you guys

So search for sky tower al reem only don't search for bls, then visit first floor.

She answered all my questions very patiently and assisted us with all information. First impression was spot ON. I had my best experience which is unforgettable and unbelievable from @BLS Internaionl Services Ltd, Al Reem Island Abu Dhabi, I came with a mind nothing is gonna be easy but it turned out be so easy and smooth such a wonderful and helpful staff from Ms. Sneha, Ms. Reshma and Mr. Khaja to a person whose name I am unaware. Best service ever!
Took only 30 minutes for the entire process of a newborn passport. Staff and security very courteous. Only thing is that they accept cash only and always carry the exact charge to make things easier. For newborns passport and birth registration together it costs AED 337.

Now after 5 years I am at the new location at Al Reem Island, Botique Mall.
Park your car in Botique mall visitors parking. Just don't forget the location of your parking. Go to ground floor. Ask security the location. The office is located on first floor next to food Court and Action zone.
Expect a waiting time of 2-3 hours. Once you get the token they will ask you to come after 2 hours, especially on a typical Saturday rush hour. If living near by take a token in advance, and show up in time. If coming from far with kids you can take your kids to Action Zone play area where they can chill out, which is next to BLS office. Food Court is also nearby.

I think the BLS should at-least do the online application submit and then let the customer come. Useless delay can end and make separate counters for the people who want help in filling the online forms.

If you get the application and photo from outside, they will put additional charge from you and put on waiting list

It's a messssss. Only PR work for positive comments. Only 1 staff and 1 counter is in function out of 11 counters. 150 people waiting here now. I could see another Un developed India inside our great uae. Unbelievable. No consideration for new born or senior citizens. Horrible

The service is rubbish. Covid-19 guidelines violated.
Facility can not accommodate the general public. Waiting period above 4-6 hours. This is the general line experience. Even the priority line people were complaining. Worst company ever.

I am not sure why only one person is available for checking documents in reception and giving tokens.i went with my small baby and there is no seperate reception token given for kids. I have to wait all the time (more than 3 hrs) for my call to get into the reception, where i was given family token and within 10mins my work done. I advise even for reception seperate token should be given for infants

Staff were extremely cooperative and guide people well.
Mr. Gourish Kumar was very helpful and guided me through all the procedures and when I was struggling to fill the olline firm by myself due to frequent web page problems, he offered the help of filling the application form through BLS, which made my work very easy.

I read several poor reviews of the BLS centre at Business Tower Mawkib St Abu Dhabi and was apprehensive. My very recent experience however, was good.

I reached shortly after 9am. The security man checked my passport and directed me to the enquiry counter in the hall. There was only 1 person ahead of me in the queue but about 40 people in the hall. The enquiry counter staff was courteous, checked my passport and photos (need to be exactly as per instructions on passport /BLS website, then collected the form filling fees and gave me a token for the main counter. You can also get photos clicked in the hall while waiting your turn. I opted for passport filling service. These photo and form filling fees are reasonable. My turn came in about an hour, the lady at the counter was courteous and patient, checked the passport, documents, information etc and told me to wait while she completed the form, then called me to sign. After another short wait, I was called to pay the remaining application and service centre fees at another counter, given a receipt and told that the passport would come by courier.

Only cash is accepted. Those who didnt have enough cash were told where the nearest ATM was and could come back to pay. Fortunately I had just about enough cash. This needs to be publicised that only Cash is King) so that time is not wasted hunting for ATMs.

I was out in less than 2 hours which is not bad at all. Everyone was courteous, everyone was masked and they had provision for public distancing given that its still Covid times.

I received my passport very much faster than expected, that too on Normal not Tatkal mode. The fees for application, sms, courier, form filling were exactly as per the BLS website. Not exorbitant but quite reasonable.

Must add that I could not get through on the phones for more info a few days prior to coming, so I Tweeted them and their agents promptly got back to me and gave me all the pre submission info I wanted like about docs, fees etc.

After submission, I received an email about police verification which was confusing so I called the BLS agent Ajit who had contacted me earlier. He answered my call immediately and clarified the position for me. I must add a big word of praise for Ajit who was courteous and gave accurate information to me in the phone calls.

Overall very good service and I recommend the form filling service if you are even the slightest bit confused with the application form. Credit to GoI too for the speedy passport service in Normal mode.

Why you need to Keep all people waiting in corridor just to go to reception? Only life of ur staff is important not the life of customer where all have to stand there without any social distancing? Why dont u give them coupon for reception also and ask them to go out and wait or give them time slot! Is it so difficult to manage it? U live upto ur reputation bls.

I went to renew my kids passport at BLS International but had to wait for an hour to just get called at the form filling counter. When I asked about the delay a staff member said that I should wait and there was no explanation provided. But luckily I met Mr. Gourish Kumar Chatelly and he explained very politely regarding the delay and himself took over the task of completing my forms and entering them in the system. He made the process very swiftly and efficiently. He is truly an asset to the establishment.
