The service inside center was very fast, easy and professional but the big problem & very annoying Issue with the security guy outside door, his attitude un professional & un respectful.i hope to fixed this problem
Staff are very rude, employees are not available during working hours, also premium service doesn’t work in this center you will wait outside next to the toilets.
Though my Spain Visa application was rejected, office service was good. Quick and efficient.
But unfortunately they don’t have an existing customer contact service wherein you can reach them through phone calls to seek clarification and assistance by talking to an agent in UAE.
They provide a hotline number which only tells you the entire time they have high volume of people they attend to. I called several times on different times, not even once I got the chance to speak with an agent.
They also provided an email helpline, I sent several mails and not even once did I receive a response either.
Lastly, the courier service should be arranged even if your visa application got refused specially if the customer paid for it.
Very bad service, I called 10 days ago stated my nationality and the destination and asked for premium service since the regular ones are all taken for the coming 2 months which doesn’t make any sense, anyway I asked for it to be in Abu Dhabi. I had the team send me a confirmation with a booking in dubai called again cancel dubai booking and made it clear I need it in Abu Dhabi. Received an email to confirm that and was sent the location in Al Nahyan. When I went there I was told that this location is for Indian passport holders and that I have to book again for visa application in Reem location. I don’t understand what part of my inquiry wasn’t clear and then worse of all I receive an apologetic phone call and when I asked what can you do to rectify the situation the answer was nothing we are just sorry… so upsetting the worst service ever! And premium is supposed to feel luxurious with the amount charged.
Very bad Services, the land line is not working always, they dont reply to emails, very difficult to get appointment, VFS is much better, hopefully they will take control of Spain visa
There is No Any printer shop nearby, make sure u bring all documents with you.service is good and they are polite, but needs to improve a little more for profession
