Loved my experience at BLS Musaffah branch. Excellent service provided by Ms Shriragi. From start to finish everything was smooth. I highly recommend this branch!

Kindly update your starting time, we reached there at 7 o clock sharp, but they are not accepted our request.they saying that the token number has been completed, so please let us know your token starting time and we will plan accordingly. My one day wasted, that's why I motioned this comment. Please don't be miss understand.
You have to come at 4.30am and stand in a queue until 7am to get a token, only 50 token will be issued, and come back to office according to the token number. *There is no seating /waiting area for queue. *Queue starts at the side door of the building and queue extends until street.
Not acceptable at all.
BLS should consider a solution for Not making applicants to stand in a queue for hours.
I visited BLS for my daughter’s passport and My passport renewal there were some mistakes in the application. The staff Mr. Khaja was very polite explaining me and he is very active, I liked his attitude and work.hope he will continue same.this the customer service what makes them a good service provider.
Newborn baby passport - no need to bring newborn baby and mother
I did the the passport application today for my newborn baby, you don’t need to bring your baby and mother for the passport application. Only you need to bring an authorisation letter from your wife as she can’t be present in the office due to some reasons. You may go in person to bls office directly to talk with them in this regard. The format of the authorisation is available in nearby typing providers or in the office itself. It’s printed only in an A4 paper. Even if you are taking for your family, you only need to come to the office before 6 am in the morning to include in the first 50 tokens. Then you will get token around 7.30 once the office is open and an approximate time to submit the form. Say like 11.30 am. Go home and bring your family in that specific time. Kindly note, If you are in the 51 th position in the queue, you will not get token. Make sure to be there at least before 6 am. Queue will start at 5 am. The staffs are helpful. The total amount for the passport, birth registration and postal is 341 Aed. Only cash is accepted. All forms are filled from the office. But it’s expensive, 30 Aed per form. If any queries, I’m happy to help!
Personally, I can’t agree with the present token system in BLS, we the citizens of India are standing in the queue for more than 1 hr to get our passport application done. Anywhere any other citizens are not seen in this situations. It’s shame for the country to be treated the citizens like this.
I request BLS and Indian embassy to introduce new token system which feasible for all people to get the work done.
Visited the branch and excellent service by the entire staff, Ms Gayathri helped me with the applicantion and clarified all my queries. She was so professional and helpful.
Ms Gayathri is the super star of this organization.she will go beyond limits to help you and serve you to your request.
If you want to request any service in this organization I have highly recommend you to go early morning at 6.30am - 6.45am.however the token distribution will start at 7.00 am only but the tokens are limited for per day. Also carry cash to avoid hassle.
Very bad service in BLS in mussafah branch there is 1 person sitting in the reception they are talking the public people very cruelly they don't know how to speak the people they are shouting the people they look like a boss in the BLS.when his update data he chatting his friend’s watsup?
Hi I would like to share my experience with BLS at the Mussafah branch. First of all I thank BLS for coming nearer to us in Mussafah. The city branch was taking a lot of time and with changes in locations every year was terrible. Yesterday when I went for my passport renewal it was so smooth and fast. I spent less then 30minutes from filling the form and payment. I think this credit should go to Mr. Gaurish and his team who do an exceptional job. The best part is that they give priority and importance to elderly and mother's with infants who come for new born passport. They fast track them so they don't have to wait long. Only one request is to add more counters as Mussafah is a big city and with many Indian's residing here, hence the limited token concept needs to be looked at to cater to the high volume of Indian's here in Mussafah. Thanks Gaurish for the warm hospitality and comfort. Your smile keeps us going.
My self Arief Mohammed working in Abudhabi. Today i visited BLS INTERNATIONAL in Mussafah. It was a very pleasant visit to BLS for my passport renewal. There is no hassle as they are providing tokens as soon as we reach there and they give the exact timing at what time our token is about to come. The staff is so hospitable especially Supervisor Mr Gourish Kumar, that they are treating costumers in a very pleasant manner and providing excellent service and if there are some persons who don’t understand they are explaining very clearly. Completely unacceptable The guy in the reception very rude He behaving to people like we all his slave I never see such unprofessional ridiculous person in my life There is a fat lady in counter no exception But the slim lady Is very kindly and tru professional I reach there early morning 5 o clock Even we waited outside till 7 clock with cold weather the security not even allowed to wait inside at least "Horrible experience"

At present 50 tockens are issuing per day from 7AM. After 3: 30 tockens will not be issued. But normally tockens will be finished before 8AM. Very good service and supportive staff.
They are trained only to process applications, no customer service at all. (Date 28 Aug 2021) One lady named Gayathri behaved in a very rude manner, said "You should wait for 30 minutes" in a commanding way. In the end I reminded about her rude behavior to her also said her "you could have said in a polite way to wait". But I was really shocked by her reply " why would I use polite word, why would I use Please, I will never use Please". This is the leve of customer service provided by BLS.
Dear BLS, Educate your employees. Remind them they are service providers, Not Indian Ambassador to UAE.
I visited BLS Mussafah branch on 30Aug for renew my Passprot. Really good service they are providing to all customers, especially one lady staff name Gayathri.
Worst service! They are applying same policy like INDIA they don’t know in which country they are providing service. Very very slow and sleepy staff Even a small cafeteria has POS Machine available. Also charging too much. I will also make complaint on Twitter.
After seeing all reviews also. BLS Management is not responding to improve in there service. Staffs are frustrated and showing there anger towards customers visiting store.
Service provided is very bad especially in Mussafah branch, No priority for New Born baby to take token. Just one word token finished come tomorrow, @8.45 AM also token finished.
WORST SERVICE comparing to all other services provided by UAE
Poor communication! Visiting last 3 days not giving clear information for issuesing tokens. Timing for token is upto 3.30pm but when i vist at 9.30am tokens are closed for the day. Informed only 50 tokens will be issued at 8am after no tokens.ok we can understand due to pandemic but where is the information displayed on notice borad signed by authorities.only two counters operators why cant the counters increase atlest by 5 to 8.
Limited tokens are available now due to Covid restrictions, but there is no prior information about that. People are disappointed even at 09.00 am because of the unavailability of you are tokens. Electronic payment is still not implemented, only cash payment to be done. These days even in small groceries are capable for cashless payments. Staff need to be more friendly and experienced. Otherwise everything is ok.
Staff appears to be trained in terms of knowledge regarding the application & processes as such. But also trained at the most bottom level of customer centric behavior. Forget about being nice, they are trained towards how to treat and prove even the most educated customers as fools. They look for all reasons to go for their own form filling service. That may be correct. But while they re-fill all the form themselves, all other customers must wait. Each form filling won't take less than 15-20 minutes.
Even if your form is flawless & you are going to use only the form submission service, you must wait for other customers re-filling the forms. This is in fact penalizing the ones who can come with well-prepared form. One of the customer was even shouting that their contract with Indian govt is that, form filling must NOT be done at the same counter as submission counter. But they do at the same counter. I do not know how true about their contract. If there are separate counters for just form submission, we can spend good time in making our form filling 100% correct and come to office just to submit forms. Re-filling service must be sparingly used in the office.
They appears have a cap on no.of applications to process. So they do NOT issue new tokens once the count is reached. They do NOT look to service the issued tokens quickly even if they can. They still take the whole day to service them. 20 complete minutes as minimum each application. This is purely a customer perspective. I cannot be in their shoes, as even I took my kid passport renewal and waited for 4 hours.
If ever you missing your home country just visit this place it reminded me of India, the staffs are especially trained in indian govt offices before posting here with full of attitude but its not their fault if you put to much work load on anyone eventually they will get annoyed and arrogant.only three people to manage all walkins of more than 100 people a day, there are 4 counters but during my visit only 2 was operational obviously! During lunch time out of three one staff will continue to work untill the two finishes their 1hr break this explains why you get the feel of india while in uae. Be prepared to waste your 3hrs minimum if not too crowded, one token will take at least 30min so be relaxed.and never go between 12 to 1pm as you will not get token during this time always prefer morning time.and keep in mind they dont except cards so carry cash with you just for renewal it takes 400 aed which is 3 times more than in india. 30 for form filling, 30 for photo and if you have infant they will not click picture better to do it outside.

The service is generally efficient but especially for Mussafa branch, the procedure is bit time taking as the applicants come with varieties of issues/doubts that consume lot of time from the employees. Must appreciate the patience and regards shown by the BLS employees
