BLS Italy Visa Application Center in Abu Dhabi

Happy to say this BLS Italy Visa application Center( in Nation tower mall, Abudhabi ) the team and their services to their applicants were awesome .
The security, reception desk, Mr. Faisal, Riswan, Desiet, each staff members did their part with more off supportive mentality. They gives proper guidance through out the process highly appreciated and recommended

I already have 2 times multiple entry visa for Italy from VFS.and each time i only pay 52 +315 AED for visa fee only.
But with BLS first time i pay 600
Yesterday i had appointment, i got late by 10 min and they ask fee of 97 AED by taking name of flexi timing. There are only 2 applicant in whole office and but they don't accept and only play Rule-Rule GameThen reception lady make bill of 670 AED in calculator and ask me to take priority/ prime service for 200 AED.
2. They default add this courier service at time of bill payment i get to know 55 AED they charge. (In VFS this courier is not add by default, you have option to add). When i ask they say its include in prime but nobody says Its optional to remove. Each time you ask anything they simple reply they will go and ask manager.
3. They ask money in cash no card accept (which is not mention any where in website) there.and i don't carry my Debit card.so have to go out to carry cash from friend.when i ask they we just open new but truth is they already started from September and BLS is already giving other passport services. No body keep cash.i always pay with apple pay. I always ask for card payment anywhere before i go anywhere.
4 Point i never give my salary slip and Visa Copy Print in VFS and each time i got visa in 2 days, but they ask me to print both of them from them which is like 5 AED per page
5. There is new application Form for filling detail is not found in There website and no search option for that.
6. Do know why they don't allow to bring mobile phone inside.
All other things are ok
Suggestion:
1. Remove that default courier add option so people can add. Not like people need to ask which is service is Mandatory or which can option out.
2. Add visa application form somewhere can find easily
3. Add search option in website
4. Take digital money from card or other mean.
I already have ticket and all thing booked so i could you have other options.so have to pay what they asking for.

Very nice experience compared with my previous one with vfs, the staff are very kind and professional they facilitated the process for missing documents they would just print it on the spot, even pictures as I lost mine they took it in there and they were very helpful through the whole process I’d like to thank you all for your hardwork.

Quiet, welcoming staff, and they even helped me when i forgot my passport by giving me extrahours on my appointment to go and grab it, very happy with there services and staff.

It was a very good experience. The whole process took around 30 minutes, which is amazing compared to what we used to go through at the previous visa application center. All staff were friendly and helpful. My photos were old and they took new pictures of me on the spot for free. Special thanks to Anju and Faisal were very kind and helpful.

All the staffs are accommodating from their manager to their security guard, specially Mr. Faisal who assisted me with my visa processing.

Wonderful services from the security at the door to the GM welcoming and checking if everything is alright, I don’t think I have seen this in many places where you go and you can’t even ask anyone without paying for the service, the lady who helped at the desk as well while verifying my documents and making sure I’m not missing anything was super nice with beautiful smile and energy
