Do not deal with this bank when it comes to credit cards. They gave me their credit card with a promise to life the yearly fees. In second year they did not keep their promise and I was charged the fees

Worst bank in the UAE! Weird and unexplained charges to my credit card and when i call them they always say it is a mistake and make refund after several phone calls and follow up hours waiting their customer service to answer me that is it i am ending my credit card with them

Their service is absolutely awful. Would not recommend anyone get any kind of product from this bank.

I have a credit card with this bank and applied for loan against credit card last Friday but still funds not credited my account this the worst banking service I have ever seen in my life I am a banker too bank staff don't care about complain as well call center useless really dissoppointed with bank soon will close relation with bank

It is unbelievable how this queue with dozens of guys and no priority given to ladies or families with babies.it is 21: 47 evening on january 3 of 2022 and even the security is forcing the ladies to stand squeezed between man. I asked him how come and he said no instructions! Since when this happens in uae? SHAME! I've never ever seen this in uae this is very very humiliating everyone knows in UAE THE LADIES ARE TREATED WITH RESPECT AND GIVEN PRIORITIES EVERYWHERE! #citibank teach your staff some respect and some manners

Worst experience ever in my life, they approved my request because their system required but actually they rejected! Refused to close my credit card! Even settlement done 3 years ago.

The worst bank ever! Do not deal with this bank for any loan inquiries. They have online application which I filled up, however after 10 days of talking and submitting documents, they gave me the interest rate which was almost double then what was mentioned online. 23 % interest rate per year, is this possible? The lady I was dealing with was OK, nothing bad about her, but the bank system is disaster, they are cheating people. PS. Not sure which branch was this, I was always dealing with them over the phone and online. Good luck

Ver bad Customer Service. I call the Customer service agent regarding my credit card payments, she talking to me very rude. And put the call on hold and After disconnected. Last few years im their valid customer. They dont know how to respect the Customers. And I'm going to Cancel all their service. POOR MANAGEMENT.

Very worst bank services, I made one day late credit card payment than I got 230 AED fine, even my minimum payment was 600 only, I made request for remove that fine but still no action, during pandemic this extra burden on me

Worst banking experience. Took a 1 hour drive and tried to open bank account all I get unfriendly welcome because I don’t have 10k usd in which the website did not state I need to maintain or else they will close the account. You want to get a credit card and then they will be nice to you or else don’t bother coming

Decent banking system here which is very easy to get credit cards or loan with a very simple document need to provide also they give even for low salary which is very good chance only one point that there is only one branch and one deposit machine in marina mall so you have to take care pay your payments at earliest so you can avoid late charges.
