Receiving application news not after waiting time passed but have to keep up with them to know the answer after timeline passed, so rude and unprofessional from the Australian officials.

Worst processing timmings As international student applicants from Pakistan are waiitng for a year now from Decmeber 2019 and January 2020 for study permit decisions still everything is opened they aren’t issuing final decisions wasting our times like nothing not just mine everybody else

I was visited to vfs at wtc mall on 6-12-2020 for submitting the passport and ircc latter. The host was merry and she guide me very well with happiness face also full guidelines token number for canadian immigration line. Hardly i have waited there only 30 minutes and after that Merry call me collect the all documents for submission. I really happy from marry service with proper stander. Thanks to marry and vfc staff.

The customer service will give you contradicting information & charge you for any amendments. Be very careful with these conmen.

The staff at this place are trained wrong! You feel like they are programmed and do not listen or try understand what the customer want to say first.

BALQISH SHOSHAA most of the most professional ever i found, she carries best service. I feel so comfortable with her service. Over all is very standard service i found.
