VFS Global Netherlands Visa Application Centre

I wish we could rate below 1 star. Due to some system glitch appointment not releasing and the call centre staff pushing customers to book the premium appointment.

I am sat at the Premium/VIP lounge at VFS Global in Abu Dhabi. My appointment time was supposed to be at 11: 15am, and I know the trouble I had to go through to secure an appointment as well. I have driven all the way from Dubai to get to this appointment on time. Only I have had to take a token at this center and wait for more than an hour again - why? This is ridiculous.

I need to get back to work as well, I have meetings to get to and other appointments to keep. Why is my time not valued as a customer?

If I am making the effort to get to the VFS appointment in time, then shouldn’t you also make sure that the process is faster, breezier and does not waste other people’s time especially on a weekday?

I recently applied for visa through VFS abu dhabi. I had to wait 4 hour extra than my scheduled time.
There was a black gentleman who seemed to be trainee. He took my documents and removed the purpose of visit statement and when I explained why this document is important he was clueless. After 30 minutes he came from a room saying he arranged my documents.
VFS is keeping such guys in document check. He went again inside and said that payment system not working. I do not know what other document he removed from my file.
I eventually was rejected visa on the ground that I have not mentioned purpose of visit. There is no way for applicant to prove such mishandling or intentional or unintentional loss of documents by VFS. It Is just one sided game by VFS.
Such is VFS service. Moreover VFS is doing business of clicking photos for 3X price by themselves. They reject photo even though it conforms all quality for relevant visa.
VFS must be changed by embassies.

I looked for an appointment starting from April, only to find the nearest appointment on the 13th of June and stayed for 4 hours to complete the documents submission. It’s 6th of July. No feedback or response to emails. On the phone they only say they can’t do anything and just to wait. This is so unprofessional, 3 months just to get a shengen visa! It was never like this before. Embassies should be aware of this and I’m planning to take action and make sure the embassy know all these points.

My experience with vfs nietherland was awsome i applied for my schengen visa first time in 22 july 2022 and was a very comfortable service and environment provided by vfs it took maximum of 1 hour to submit my visa application i already had all the documents required and there was nothing to need in addition i got my first schengen visa within 12 days and i am very happy with vfs also before i applied for turkey through vfs.

Worst experience ever. I tried to reschedule available appointment and the system didn't allow me to do so. I cancelled my appointment and I tried to book the available appointment and I clicked on confirm and then I got a message says that the time that I chose is not available and I confirmed already the appointment in the previous step that raise a lot of questions about manipulation happening.

The worst service ever! My passport is taken for 23 days, no visa, no one is answering the phone, phones are switched off! What is this!

Very bad services my passport arrived on Friday morning they didn't give to FedEx until Monday they delay me and my work really Abu Dhabi vfs center are sucks compare with Dubai they gonna make me lose alot of time and money I really hate them

Dnt expect for 2 year or 6 months visa u will get.i have most of the country visa even shengen bt only got 3 month validity visa got it.hard to get appointment required bank statement with stamp noc passport copy visa copy application form hotel and ticket booking. Visa will come in 7 to 10 working days

Pathetic, the security lady is was so rudely staring at me.
She see's me going out to take a printout but then asks for my appointment once again even when I mentioned that I was inside.
Firstly train people with a smile on their face.
