It's an absolute joke. They send my passport back with a letter of rejection and reasoning that they don't think I'll be leaving Europe and coming back home to Dubai. I've lived here 5 years my whole life is here.atleast they could reimburse the 535aed if you don't get a Visa because the rejection and reason for this is a joke. This is how they'll lose tourism.

Very poor service literally waiting 45 mins and nobody picks up the phone, take days to reply emails! You need to improve, this is very bad!
