Worst experience ever the system was down and they had to cancel most of appointment and just easly ask you to take another appointment front desk staff are rude and not cooperative

The fingerprint scanner is not working and cost you alot of time wasted in waiting and finally they blame you that your fingerprint is not appropriate and you need to bring medical report claims that your fingerprint cant be scanned!
My father in law visited here, for Saudi family visit multiple visa for my mother in law, they are asking proof of relationship both marriage and birth certificate of my wife, at site they mentioned only one. At least you should update required document correctly. Please value our time as well.
I sincerely asking VFS what is the logic for asking both certificate to prove relationship.and what is the use of passport showing mother name?

شركة فاشله جدا. لا تنظيم ولا خدمات. لا يوجد عدد موظفين كافي. تنتظر في الدور وقت طويل جدا للسؤال فقط. موظف واحد على الاستقبال وعدد المراجعين خيالي. اتمنى من السفارة السعوديه محاسبتهم على التقصير
One of the absolute WORST centres you could deal with. Extremely rude Egyptians working here. They made me do unnecessary paperwork 3 times just because they felt like it & the Saudi Embassy said it wasn’t needed. Their ‘lounge’ service, which costs more than double the normal fee, is an absolute joke. The only way they could become half decent is to fire all of their staff and tear the facility down. Ridiculous.
I got visas in many countries, through many partner companies. This is by far the worst. No order in any sense - they will give you line number but then randomly call those numbers, not related to registery time or the actual appointment time. Be ready to wait 2 hours

Expect 6 hours waiting. Only 4 persons serving VIP lounge and normal track, notification system not working nor coordinators are around. When asked about such lack of personnel they'd tell: "management doesn't care". Apparently they don't care about Abu Dhabi Branch. Worst in everything. A website without a database. Only one receptionist is therefore a very long queue. A fake lounge service, on the contrary, waiting like this longer. The cleanliness of the place is very bad.
Took 1.5 hours for the whole process. Some agents were trying to bypass the token system but the people in the document submission counter didn't allow that. The token tv doesn't work. They call out the numbers. Seriously understaffed. Only one guy in the document checking counter for both male and female queues. For getting appointment - refresh multiple times/ check hourly.
Very frustrated experience, long time waiting five hours, chairs made from very poor materials cannot tolerate with long time sitting on it, staff so stressed, I will never forget that poor place.

The number of staff members serving customers is very small. Too much delay and bad experience overall. Probably the worst VFS Centre I have been to in Abudhabi. Serious work and hiring is needed.
I had an appointment at 12: 45pm and till now 02: 30 pm I'm waiting for my turn! 0 organisation, 0 cleanliness in the "lounge" Why don't these people have any competition? Even no screens to show your token number, they call it out, so forget trying to wear headsets.
The centre is not working on Sundays. I visit the center as it shows open on Sundays (refer the image). Surprisingly it is closed. But there is a notice on board about its new working hours. The telephone number is too not working.

Horrible experience, no customer service, I’ve been asked to go speak with the SAUDI Embassy directly and guess what! The manager can’t help because there is COVID! LIKE DUDE ITS BEEN 2 YEARS!
I got a best service from them.i have complted all the procedure within 1 hour.staffs are very friendly and helpfull.they already change the timing after 2022. Monday to thursday (9 to 5pm) Friday (8 to 12pm). Also carry additional amount for insurance

VFS Services in general are very good, but this branch is the best of them, very friendly and cooperative team, they will do all what they can to help whether by information or through the visa process.

مكتب VFS تسهيل. المكتب المعني باستلام الجوازات لفيزا السعودية. سئ ولا اعلم لما السفارة السعودية التي تمثل المملكة العربية السعودية تعتمد على مكتب واحد فقط. سئ. بطئ. قلة موظفين. وزحمة. لايعقل ان احضر قبل الموعد بربع ساعه وللاسف لاتقدم لي الخدمه الا بعد مرور ساعتين ع الموعد المحدد بحجة ان السستم كان عطلان. الايوجد خطة بديله. احزن ان يكون هذا المكتب يقدم خدمات للمعتمرين يجب ان توكل بلاد الحرمين اكثر من مكتب ليكون هناك تنافس وجودة وكفاءة.

The worst ever experiences. Paying for Lounge and the service is worst that you can imagine. Understaffed and the one existing is under pressure and cant perform good cuz of the load, This is my 3rd visit this year and the service is horrible! And all 3 times the system was down! Really!

ALWAYS come with your appointment ticket. Otherwise you will be wasted a lot of your time.
You can arrive on or before your appointment time. Token are distributed based on First Come First Basis.
