Extremely slow staff, bought a PCR test and there was no one to take the sample. I had to scream and shout at the receptionists to take action and call someone "from upstairs" to come down and take the sample. If there's no nurse available, why don't you inform your patients that there will be a long waiting time? Very unprofessional and terrible experience!

It's rare that we find service like what has been provided to us by Mr Mohammed Yusuf at Agiomix. Late night at 2pm when my client was stuck in airport waiting for pcr report. No one was replying to me except Mr Mohammed, he replied at late night and solved the issue. He has helped us in many times, at many incidents like this. Rare to see such a dedicated business service provider.

Paid for the 3 hr test and results did not come on time. No phone call or email answers either.

Very fast. You can choose different prices for different timing. I choose the 149aed one and just get the result via text message and e-mail within 2 hours. Strongly recommended.

I had a horrible experience with this lab
They made me pay for the service then they started demanding papers and calling my doctor after already proving prescription that is written there that I need to do the test
Then they told me to print and stamp the lab paper by my doctor and get other approvals this is after already taking my blood sample and making the payment
Even after providing again the dr approval and everything they put me on hold for 25 min and then they told me they will get first management approval then hey will release my results
It was a very unhappy experience for me and very disappointing
I recommend u work on improving ur service

PCR experience is well planned, there is no queue even without pre-booking. We recommend you all for quick and worry free test and the results is surprisingly very quick then the promised hour. We are happy with Agiomix service. Good luck to all

I have been an avid user of Agiomix service for my personal and work requirements. They are very reliable. Their normal comes in 6 hours and their express comes in an hour or so when it’s supposed to come between 12-24 hours and 6-12 hours respectively. Hats off and happy to recommend this place.

Made an online booking for the last slot i.e 10: 50-11: 00pm. Arrived there 5 minutes earlier just to see an already crowded line with almost no social distancing. The management were very unprofessional as after 25 minutes the guy came to collect id's/passports from everyone and went inside again. Then randomly calling out the people who handed out their id's/passports. When I was called in they had no booking for me and my family. I repeatedly showed them the screenshot of the booking code and everything but they then treated me as a walk-in customer and just entered everything manually again. But anyways hats off to their commitment of providing the results in time. I got my result within 8 hours.
During my recent visit to this lab, I want to acknowledge the lab is doing wonderful job. Keep it up

It was my first time doing the PCR test, it was a bit uncomfortable and painful but the positive thing is the fast result, availed the 12hrs and the result came in in less than 6hrs, so all good

I’m from the U. S.and was on a trip to Dubai and currently the U. S.requires passengers coming back to the states to have a negative COVID test. I finally came across Agiomix, and saw that a lot of other foreigners got their tests done here. I must say that the process for getting a test done here went so smoothly! From booking and paying online, to checking in at the time of my appointment, the test itself, and getting the results, everything was a breeze! I paid to get my results in 6 hours but I actually got them emailed to me in 1.5 hours! They provide you with a certificate with a QR code which is perfect for international travel. I appreciate the amazing service, Agiomix!

Went for the 6hr PCR test. Received the result within 2.5hrs! There was a mistake in my name on the report, they immediately corrected it and sent it back. Overall, extremely fast results, good customer service and reasonable price.

Needed a PCR test to fly to Nepal. Did not book online (due to problems with credit card payments from Russia), took a walk-in test. There was no queue, Emirates ID was not necessary; paid only 99 AED for the test with a 6-hour result guarantee. Received a result within 2.5 hours.

Booked a slot online, had test done while in my car which was super quick. Got results in less than 6 hours. Better price than anywhere else I've tried. Great service!

So far so good but as the word of mouth spreads, it may be crowded and hence they may need to plan ahead. I booked 6 hours test and got the report in 3 hours. Some of the Whatsup messages show 99 aed for 12 hours however it’s changed to 24 hours so please be mindful. Overall it’s a great option for safer test. Thanks

The worst customer service ever from Gerard. We had problems with some data entry error and asked for help. We were able to get some help from Gladis, who was willing to go out of her way to assist and guide us what to do. Gerard on the other hand keep playing the “blame game”. Zero initiative to help. I even wonder if he understands what I was saying. Please train your staff so all can provide customer service in the same level. Kudos to Gladis.

I needed an urgent PCR right after New Years when all the tourists were leaving Dubai and it was impossible to get a PCR without waiting in line for ages.

I contacted Agiomix and I was sent a booking link which took me less than 1 min to make an appointment and when I arrived there I was done in less than 5 min.

Results were out exactly when they said they would be. A very professional and organised team and that booking link saved the day!

From my experience and relatives or freinds, the results receivex on time or even sometimes before the actual time, i hope this service maintained and i will recommend the lab to anyone i know

Three times already I’ve done my PCR test with Agiomix. Fair price and on time result. Last time I was surprised I got the results as early as I expected.

I had my COVID test done through Agiomix in October. The results came in a short time and they were very responsive to my needs. Thanks to the team at Agiomix.

It seems that something very fishy is being done by the agents. I was contacted by one of their agents and he proposed me to make the COVID report without even taking the actual test. He charged 150AED instead of 120 and the test report was WhatsApped to me. I didn’t even have to go there.
Ridiculous!

Have had a few tests done through Agiomix now. Results always come on time and staff are all very professional.

Very poor data entry and Covid report. They are not properly entring the data like Patients name, Emirates ID and Passport number. They are randomly typing single digits in passport field, somebody else's Emirates ID and Date of Birth in the report. Had to get it corrected after 5 times. Think about the plight of illiterate people if they need to travel based on this report their trip will go for a toss.

Most unprofessional clinic. DO NOT Book or deal with them. They schedule an appointment, don't answer messages or calls, don't turn up to do the test and speak unprofessionally. You cannot escalate the issue either because the manager himself is apparently the one who doesn't care. DO NOT work with them, especially if you have a flight booking.

Worst clinic ever. They made me lose my flight by delaying the covid test results even they charged me twice the amount. Don’t recommend to anyone.
