Very bad service. It started with the nurse who doesn’t say hi or even look at you when she takes the blood sample.

When I asked them about the results I was told 5-7 days after a week they told me it’s 7-9 working days and eventually they tell me my report is delayed because of machine problem.

Mind you you pay 2000 dirhams for the worst service and communication ever.

Better to look for a place with an in house lab. They are sending your blood samples to Singapore.

Super good. I got home collection of PCR sample even at 5: 00 am, and issue my report at 9: 00 am. Super fast

Great overall experience!
Booking was done over Whatsapp for a home covid test, only took 15 minutes to confirm a time.
The nurse arrived on time and carried out the test.
I received my result earlier than expected as well.
I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Everything was great at first, till last tests.
Prices for some were overpriced compared to other’s and I informed them about it, explaining I don’t want to go with new labs as we already established relationships.
They have asked to pay full amount and then they will apply discount so the amount overpaid would be for next test. I have trusted they would keep their word, but they refused to honor it. Very disappointed.

What an excellent service!
We visited the lab tonight 01.07.2021.
We were very impressed by the attitude of the reception staff, her professionalism and the slick execution of the requested order. Furthermore the tests were taken efficiently and in no time.
All in all we will give this experience 10/10 and would certainly recommend this lab to friends, patients and colleagues.
We will hope the results notification will follow the same pathway!

Excellent service and very professional and accommodating staff. I was recommended a big list of blood tests and preventive biomarkers by my treating doc. Checked with many labs but sadly they were extremely over priced and unresponsive. Called up Alpha Medical Lab and they were very helpful and patient with my questions. Great price and also got my reports as per my preference by WhatsApp which was very convenient. Plenty of parking spots outside and very close to the Metro. Got my reports in record time as promised. Now my go to lab and highly recommended

I didn't have insurance and went here for Pregnancy Test and a couple of Hormone tests. There service is excellent.very welcoming and their prices are great.i was given a huge bill by other labs that i checked with but AML -they gave me a good discount on all tests. Gave me my reports on time as promised. Dont keep you waiting and quickly do the formalities which is very comforting as there is very little wait time.

Lab is clean and plenty of parking spots outside the building. Also used them a few times and recommended to my friends. All were very happy with their services:) Thx AML

I had a very smooth experience, great customer service too as I had to call for inquiries prior to my appointment. I was particularly impressed by how fast they attended to me, with adequate precautionary measures in place I felt really safe and before I forget to mention.they had the most affordable prices compared to other labs I checked out. They sent my results via email on time and also assisted with my insurance reimbursement claim form promptly when I sent a request.

As promised got my blood results on time through email. Prices are affordable. Didnt get any bruises when blood was collected.there staff is well experienced and they do have some great health check up packages.

Amazing service. My dad didnt have the insurance and he had to get few blood tests done. Prices and service was excellent and got all the results through email with in 4 hours. Highly recomend them. Great service.

Great service. Got my pregnancy test done and got the report in 2 hours. Price was good and didnt feel any pain while he collected blood. Will surely come back again for further blood tests.

Highly recommend their service. I had to get almost 25 different tests done, and Mr. Abdullah was very prompt in providing me with a quote. He was also very accommodating towards any questions / confusions I had about few of the tests. The lab facility is clean, and the test results came back within the promised time frame. First class service!

Highly recommend this lab. It's in a great location and they have a very caring and professional approach. I am particularly sensitive to needles and blood but I have not had a single bruise from them and barely felt it. They are very nice people.
