I recently received an ayurvedic treatment at this facility and it was an amazing experience! The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and the facilities were clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this center to anyone looking for a natural, holistic approach to healthcare.

In particular, I would like to extend a special thanks to Mr. Sebi for his excellent work. He was incredibly attentive and skilled in his craft, and I truly appreciate his efforts. Thanks to him, I am feeling healthier and more balanced than ever before. I am shocked about how your staff Valsala spoke to me today. I sent many messages on whatsapp to book my session as part of my package. She was handling reception and she refused to reply to my messages, I called she raised her voice and said she is busy doing something and she does not want to cut what she was doing and give me appointment. She said Dr will call tomorrow and give appointment. I told her i need to arrange my schedule, she refused COMPLETELY to give me any appointments for the whole week and she hung up the phone in my face while am still talking. Very bad indication. Am really shocked. I have been the customer of Balance since 10 years plus.

My Kerala place in Dubai! Lovely stuff! Very quiet and peaceful! After aurveda treatment I feel always happy! I love ginger tea with honey (you will get it after massage)

You can choose between Ayurvedic option and regular essential oil massage options.

I have tried 30 mins Ayurvedic head massage and it change my ruined moon 180 degrees.

Spa has convinent facilities so you can take shower after the treatment and feel fresh and energetic.

Best for afternoon, so you can head home and relax.

3rd level of Oasis Center, plenty of parking, easy to reach.

Authorized by DHA (Dubai Health Authority). I your medical insurance covers Ayurvedic treatments - you can reimburse.

Make sure to being along your Emirates ID as you will get quickly registered and added into the system.

And last but not least, make sure to spare couple of minutes to enjoy the signature ginger lemon tea which is so delightfully light and uplifting.

I had the best facial ever! Anita was excellent and made me feel relaxed and totally calm. The facial massage she gave me was fantastic! Loved the ambience and felt totally relaxed. I'm going to be a regular from now on.

This is not a luxury experience although they charge 400aed massage.

Receptionist was very calm and welcoming- as well as apologetic at the end.

Treatment rooms were cold, towels and robes were very worn, rooms not sound proof and music not calming.

Massage was ok but the therapist did not honour 60 mins paid for although she was nearly 10mins late for appointment.

Once came out there was other upset clients complaining to management which dampened the atmosphere further.

Wouldn’t recommend even with 50% off.

Five star spa where you find wellness and comfort. Professional staff to serve you. Its good to have package or ask for discount if you regular client. Easy to reach. Have lot of patking down in the mall. They serve hot drinks. I like the grean tea there

I have been using Balance for over 3 years. Earlier it was an amazing place to go to and unwind. It was a monthly ritual to visit them and I have highly recommended them earlier. Unfortunately no more. The massages are below average now, therapists are over worked and tired.
I'm not a 100% sure on hygiene either. Their towels are smelly & greasy. The soap they use is of poor quality.
It has lost that spa quality it once had. The ambiance of a spa is extremely important.and its fallen terribly.

A hidden gem of Dubai spas for men. I’m so happy that I found it. I visited the spa for just one treatment whilst I was visiting in Jan 19 but was so impressed I had 2 further treatments 2 days later. The staff and ambience was like a five star spa but tucked away on the 3rd floor of the Oais Shopping Centre. The facilities and spa relaxing areas were just breath taking. The 2 therapists I had the treatments with were so approachable and knowledgable in providing such a good experience. I was introduced to traditional Indian healing treatments which relaxed me so much. The aftercare of relaxing and giving nice tea and ginger biscuits was a nice touch as well. The pricing for the treatments was a affordable price and very easy to get too by taxi. I certainly will visit the spa when i’m next in Dubai. Thanks. Moh Khan

I love this place. They have the best facility and they make sure their customers are pampered enough.
After Ayuverdic massage by a very well trained therapist Fresha, they guided us into the steam room, then to ice station, then to the shower. To the relaxation room with heated seats! Come on, i never seen it even in 5 star hotel spas! This is one of its kind. Thank to Mary, she took care of us whole time. At the end Mary served us freshly prepared ginger tea and cookies. It was the cherry on the TOP!
I am definitely going back to have more treatments and i am informing all my friends about this place! Dont miss this opportunity, go!
