The worst salon to ever visit. Definitely not recommend and not going back there they don’t have time management, employees are ruder than before especially the manager Rachel. Tina in eyebrows section she rewind my eyebrows and made 2 scratches in my eyelids which are currently burning. There are way better salons near by 100% not recommended

The worest salon ever, i went to hair section to do normal bun style, the lady that did for me was unprofessional, first of all she said for the supervisor that she don’t want to do the because everyone was busy she did it for me, she tool 2 hours for bun style and at the end it wasn’t correctly done, i said that if u don’t want to do OR you don’t know till other ladies to do and don’t waste my time and money, I went to home and re do it again by myself, if u have occasion Don’t Go To This Saloon

Extremely RUDE staff.
Rednail avenue staff Edna & agnes are very very very rude.ive been going for years but i will stop going due to rude and how stingy the saloon is.
Today i wanted to ONLY wash my hair (due to a surgery i have i cant shower) they wanted to wash my hair without drying it and said i can leave with wet hair or i should pay extra? I even asked if i can dry it myself and they still requested me to pay?
other saloons do it complimentary.another thing
i only wanted a plastic cup they she asked me to pay because they sell it.while other saloons offer free water and drinks this STINGY saloon makes you pay for an EMPTY PLASTIC CUP!

This place is amazing you can get EVERYTHING done - hair, eyelashes, nails, waxing etc! Very reasonable prices for the level of experience. Highly recommended

The staff of the eyelash reception is really rude her name Eunice, she was not helpful at all and speaking very bad way.
Another thing that there is no clear pricing every time the price changes for same service depending on the technician. And if you try discuss they will simply try to convince you that you are wrong.
The gel polish colors are not highly pigmented you feel it’s like transparent color.
They have happy hour promotion where if you ask any additional service they will either charge you double or they will charge regular price.

Eyebrows service was unacceptable I was waiting for one hour for mado reception lady told her I will wait in coffee shop till she finish her lunch break and call me when she is back
Came back she was already working with someone else didn’t say anything and waited other client came after me and she started with her

I love this place, it's very convenient and practical because for hair and nails you don't need to book and they always have some great promotions. My only advice is take your own nail polish cause theirs will last a day max

Worst service I had, did my nails and 4 days later it started to fall, came back to be fixed and they said they could not fix the terrible job that was done. Supervisor didn’t help at all and only had robotic answer.

I did manicure first time in Beauty Connection and usually i was satisfied with other services like massage and facials, but manicure was horrible, after 3 days my nails was already damaged on the sides, air went inside, later when i called them and ask if they can fix it, i didn't get any well or appropriate reply, and it was only in the message, they ignore me, telling me i need refill. Horrible experience! All other saloons i had manicure before was better then this one. This i didn't expect from Beauty Connection!

Rim is the most amazing hair dresser! She gives the best blowdry in Dubai - I highly recommend if you are looking for an incredible blowdry! Thank you Rim:)

Beauty connection is the first spa I have been since I came to Dubai 2008. That was the time I met Rose Ann, one of the pioneers and the best technician in my own opinion. A few years after Rosalie and Joy came along and they all are my best go to technicians when I visit the spa. They are professional and gets the job done on time with best results! Thank you ladies for always making me feel at home and treated like a queen.

Worst worst worst service I have ever experienced in my life! I was waiting for one hour only for the lights to go out. After that I had to wait another twenty minutes and I ended up not even getting the hairstyle I wanted. No one knew how to do a hairstyle there. So inexperienced and so unprofessional! Everyone was scrambling around and no one was coming. I ended up leaving with just a blow dry and no refund after I paid for a hairstyle.

I’m very happy with her work! Im a very picky person for my eyebrows, she has very light hands with magic wonders! Tried threading and razor for eyebrows, both were super amazing!
Im sure picky girls for eyebrows will love her work! Upper lip waxing shes very detailed as well, removes every bit of hair like makes you fresh bride!

I had my first visit today to beauty connection.
It was hard to locate the entrance since there was no clear signage on the service road side.
When I reached I was asked to take a token number pertaining to which service I needed.
Since the place is quite big I didn’t know where to go so I had to ask the lady, I was confused as I haven’t experienced this “system” before.
I went to the area I needed “nails” again I had to figure out what to do.
Eventually I needed to give the token to the receptionist, tell her about my selected service so she could process the payment invoice.
Then again I had to ask where should I go.
Then the supervisor took me to the dedicated nail therapist.
Anyway I expected more attention and guidance from their side.
It felt quite industrial due to the large number of customers and the “system” in place.
The positive side is that it’s organised and the therapists have done a fairly good job with my mani pedi.
I would have also preferred them not talking their own language in presence of customers.
They have not stopped it’s quite annoying.
I would go there again when I have a last min treatment which I couldn’t book for previously.
At least I can walk in there.

Its many positive to say about this salon.lets start with the very accommodating staff, friendly, helpful, dedicated, supportive and very into details, you will feel that its your 2nd home… you come as a guest, you will go as their friend.

1.you will receive a warm welcome from them, they’re very approachable & very friendly.
2. You will be amazed by the beautiful ambience of the coffee shop and mini store.
3. Good thing here is the salon is so huge, nails, eyebrows, hair and massage have different sections. Each and every section have their owned receptions.
4. Each and every sections is HUGE, bigger than what you think.
5.the Attendance in washroom, knows how to a do a great services. She knows how to talks and make the guest happy. So 100% thumbs up with her.
6. Nail section: special thanks for Ms. ALONA, she’s very friendly & not intimidating. She’s very friendly, customer service is WOW.she give me options and knows how to anticipate customer and that is the most important running a hospitality kind business / company. She make me feel valued and willing to help me in order for me to have a good experience here in Beauty Connections.

The worst pedicure I’ve ever received. The ladies who are doing the pedicure they don’t know how to file. Usually they are two ladies who are doing your pedicure so the shape and the color application is never the same and it never compliments the overall experience of having a pedicure.

I m visiting the salon every month since 2015, not all the staff are amazing, services are medium, ok-ish for the price paid with discount but i kept going back as appointment is not required and services are fast and ok, not great but ok.
But lately, in the past 2 months, i had problems every time when i visited the salon. In may i went for waxing, the lady was new, she had no idea how to wax and she literally removed my skin and i had bruises on my arm for long time after. When i asked if she s new at the reception i was told no, she s already working for 1 month:) so in their opinion she was not new, knowing exactly what she was doing. I can assure you that was not the case and service recovery zero from their side.
Today i went again for eyebrows and i specifically told the lady how to do my eyebrows and she nodded her head to me saying ok. While she was doing threading i felt she was removing much more than specifically told and she was very slow. After she finished my eyebrows were destroyed, they don t look the same anymore, they are very thin because she removed what I specifically told her not to. And when i asked her why she did this she told me: Not nice? I literally never saw her in the salon until today, her English is very poor and she doesn’t have idea what eyebrows threading means. When i complained at the reception the supervisor kept quiet, telling me she already works there for few months so she s not new and her english is ok so she doesn’t understand the problem. It was the 2nd time complaining to a supervisor in 1 month, nothing happened and the supervisors are not qualified at all to deal with problems.
I went for nails after, same issue, 2 out of 4 girls were new, had no idea what they were doing, learning on clients that are paying money for a service that should be impeccable but thanks god for the old ladies being there and doing what they couldn’t so it was not a disaster.
In my opinion the problem is simple, they are hiring alot of new staff, the old ones all the time are in, long leave’’ when i ask for them so I suppose they are not working there anymore. If you are willing for some girls who are still learning to do a service you re paying for, visit Beauty Coonection nowadays. Very dissapointed and for sure i ll not go there anymore.

*not using my real name* worse salon I have ever been too. They place is so cheaply done and hygiene is non existent. I did Moroccan hamam and massage. The lady who did the hamam was sweet but she was wearing a sleeping gown with minimal hygiene (hair not done, nails not clean ect). The stuff used was already dirty from before so I was shocked but didn’t say anything. Thr steam was 45 degrees which was painful.

Worse massage of my life. The lady didn’t know who to do it at all. She was just rubbing lotion and oil on me. She was using plastic gloves to do (not required in salons as salons are very hands on services so as long as their clean it’s okay). Then she did my massage sitting down on the loudest chair possible with the rolling ones.

Very inexperienced staff, rude and don’t know what they’re doing. I guess you get what you pay for.

One last thing, thr reception lady wanted me to pay a much higher price than agreed on, I’m not dumb though so I didn’t let it slide.

They’re proud they’re the biggest salon, but the worse.

I have been going to them for years with my daughters. At first it was good but now it’s horrible horrible horrible customer service. They look at you as a walking money bag but they would take the money in a rude way! Before finishing your line about the service you want they would interrupt with the price. They don’t smile. They treat you as if you need them not the other way around. In other salons (big expensive or small and cheap) you are spoiled and treated like every customer matters to them and would even offer complimentary coffee and tea. Unlike beauty connection nothing is free! And the ones in charge they are the worst! At the reception they will look for any excuse not to accept Esaad card. Last time I went I took my 11 year old daughter to blow dry her hair for her birthday. The ladies who did her hair were nice and one of them asked my daughter if she wanted her to tie the front hair to the back n my daughter liked n said yes. After a a few moments I saw that she braided it not just tied it. When they finished as we were walking out, the lady in charge (the one who arranges the customers in seats) was standing and watching us as we were passing from the reception, she said with a straight face “ 50 dirhams for the braid”! I told her I did not ask for it, secondly usually in good friendly salons (even expensive ones) they would not charge specially that it’s something small and for a little girl. 3rd and most importantly you can always speak in a nice way!
Customers are the one paying so businesses can run and the workers like her would get their salaries.if not for us the salon will be closed. I have spent thousands of dirhams on beauty connection over the years and you got the 50 dhs for the silly braid but you lost 3 customers!

It was a bad experience, twice I did manicure and pedicure it was bad and the staff making my nails bleed! Also my sister and nephew they are not satisfied with the results. It’s like they serve is with force! I think you should reschedule workers? It was horrible! And I will never do my nails at beauty connection spa again. Thanks

9 times out of 10 no one picks up the phone when you try and make an appointment. I have also emailed several times and no reply. Shockingly bad customer service.

Been coming back for almost 5 years now and they never fail to amaze me. Awesome services from the main reception up to the departments itself. No appointment needed just walking is such a convenience. Thank you ladies

I’ve been a customer for over 6 years, always satisfied but recently the attitude of the staff had put me off…
Couple of months ago, I had my nails done and about to leave when I realized that my phone line was cut off because of some ID issue, so anyway I couldn’t call or connect to the internet to order a taxi… so I asked for the wifi password from the reception lady, which wasn’t working at all. So I told her I can’t connect and that I just needed to order a cab, she replied that the other wifi that was working is for management only and she could see that I was obviously very pregnant and it’s like 40 degrees outside. So I ended up waiting in the heat with my 8 months big bump for a cab to pick me up. Absolutely no empathy am very disappointed

Not my first time visiting but for sure my last, disrespectful staff.i came for gelish color application only and sat there for 10 mins waiting for someone to start with my nails.i left at the end asked for refund.they took my phone number but never contacted me, clearly they dont care for their customers.

They have the worst staff for hair washing, shes washing my hair like its not hair, and her hand is hard on my head.this should be relaxing not struggling with it.i hope you tell your staff to do it nicely.i hate coming here and this will be my last time to see this place.thank you for nothing.

Best beauty treatments in Dubai! I would like to say special thanks to Rosalie and Virgie who did beautiful nails for my birthday and even stayed overtime because i came late in. It was really wonderful experience

I came today to get my hair blow dried and 2 ladies were blow drying my hair and after I'm done my hair was not done properly from the roots so not straight and not what i was excepting! It doesn't look neat
This is the 2nd time that and the last time that i blow dry my hair in this salon

Nails, hair, massage, all really good and as it's so big you never have to wait. Can drop in for a blowdry without making an appointment.

I came to this place for manicure and pedicure.
Rina was doing my pedicure. She done it very well and properly.
I totally disappointed for manicure service. Sita was doing my manicure and it’s look very bad. These photos of my manicure I took one hour after finished it. I saw it was bad work in salon. I came to Manadger but she even didn’t understand what wrong with this. Shame of you both. If you are professional you should not do like that

The nails don t stay, 2 weeks after hard gel is applied they lift off the nail, they look pretty for first few days and then they go bad, terrible products or girls don t know how to put them properly.

Place puts high stress on cleaning, though toilets are another story! Toilet paper, tissues very often missing from bathroom, I was a witness when lady who takes care of them in order to assure me disinfected the station, first she sprayed toilet bowl and seat and wiped it with tissue, then with the same tissue wiped off the handle to open toilet, lock and bag hanger - disgusting!

This is the best & most affordable salon their work is so professional & the vibes are lovely I love it & I’m a regular there

45 minutes of waiting time and no appointment system. Save yourself the stress and do not come here. They have lost a customer

After my last experience I feel compelled to give a review.
The place is Ok for many pedi, nothing great but convenient that you can just walk in without appointment.
Definite No No for hair services. Such a hit and miss. Very inconsistent results unless you go there for a simple blow dry.
Short haircut, don’t even attempt. I had to wait for one of the two hairdressers who were experienced in short haircuts to finish with another client. I showed a picture but ended up with something completely different when she blow dried my hair. When I addressed this she started chopping my hair - chopping is the right word here, and I ended up with really badly done uneven haircut. The only thing that will salvage the situation for me until my hair grows a bit and I can go for a fix is that this is less visible when my hair curls up.
Root color - you may come out with a different hair color altogether after that. It happened to me twice. Turned brunette 2-3 shades darker which took time and toll on my hair to fix after that. Funny enough the second time this happened with the same person who did my roots previously really well. Which means they don’t really know what they are doing. It may come out well but if it does it’s all by chance.

I have been using their services for couple of years now, and always satisfied with the product and service provided. Girls are very friendly, great ambiance and high quality products. Love it

A spacious salon with a variety of services! I love the way this salon is decorated with plenty of space, vending machines, a cafe & juice bar! They even offer EMS training, the coach, Linara, is great!

They don’t pay attention to what you say or explain when it comes to the style you want in your nails! The responsible lady very rude! The technician is unprofessional and lack the training! They favor few customers then others!

Huge place and good staff, veeery professional, but my gellish lasted only two days before it broke.

My appointment is 6: 30 i arrived on time they told me i have to wait for at least 30 mins.due to lack of staff.on the phone the lady told me okay to get your sister esaad card but get the original. On arrival they said not acceptable only the card holder! Very disappointed not organised everyone is lost. Thats the nail department. Am still waiting for my appointment.

My wife and daughter went to the spa and did their nails which unfortunately they did a terrible job where they peeled and came out the next day it was cheaply done and once my wife and daughter went back they refused to give them a refund.

I booked an appointment on the 5th to have my nails done and found the lady that does my nails already with another client. It was just shocking to see the mangers blaming the receptionist for the mess they had created in front of clients. As a frequent client I was disappointed to learn that making an appointment completely pointless! They had the guts to ask me to wait half an hour since the other client refused her nails to done by anyone else. I left very disappointed and never coming back. Your services have been terrible and it’s sad because you have employees who actually do their jobs well and have to lose clients because of your incompetence.

WORST nail experience i've ever had. They are so rude and so disrespectful, i paid 630 AED to do acrylic nails, which started coming off starting the next day, when i asked to come fix it they took days to get back to me which resulted in more nails coming off, when i complained and asked to be compensated for the service, they said no and bluntly said the management refused to compensate in services or a refund. Literally the most rude and disgusting customer service, ignored calls, ignored texts, no sense of hospitality at all.

I’ve booked an appointment over one week before my visit just to be sure that it will be with the lady that I always go to. I confirmed an appoinment late evening the day before my visit as well. Next day, 10 min before my appointment when I was already driving I’ve got a phone call that the lady that I have appointment with didn’t get back from holidays. It was totally dissapoining. There is no communication between reception and HR at all. They don’t know when they’re employees are available and yet they re taking appointments! It’s been ridiculous and the only thing that I got was an offer of coming another day?

This place is supposed to be competing on price and speed. They tick the price box but the speed not so much, staff are lousy and talkative. Good place for a mediocre blow dry, no frills

My cousins and sister have been going to this saloon for some time now, like 3 years or so and this was my first time. Look for marilou for hair cut and blow dry. For hair wash look for Adi a tall and dark gorgeous Amazonian. I want my hair washed by her all the time. They have great offers and it is not to be missed.

Everything is almost perfect, except the staff while working talking and gossiping non stop in their language, makes you feel uncomfortable.

Every time they ask you to wait, staff not that nice, they all speak in Tagalog which is not allowed in Dubai, in working place, 8n fro t of customer, you can only speak English and Arabic. So please train the staff

More quantity then quality.big selection of nail polish colours but my gel polish chipped after just one day. Also it seemed like colour was not applied evenly and too thick.

This is by far one of the poorest gel polish manicure that I've ever gotten.another nail has chipped and I have to go an do my nails again after just 3 days.but this time in another salon!

Wish I could give 0 stars about the treatment I received. Hairdressing service is atrocious and customer service is beyond appalling, especially regarding the manager Diana who was only able to insult a customer when a complaint was raised.
Looking forward to a response from someone that is truly in charge and actually cares - if anyone even does!
