Friendly and cooperative staff. But Especially
Technician Mr. Mubasher. Very good and cooperative.
He take my blood sample I didn't feel any pain during procedure.

Asked for most easy test that takes 15 minutes in any other lab, first they promised few hours, then promised next morning, then said machine broken we need 24 hours, then next night and each staff give different information

Unreliable service, they promissed to send my daughter's blood results as soon as they are ready, passed 9 days without getting the results, we sent them messages on WhatsApp they didn't reply, I had to call them to get the results. Also they failed to inform us about an important test which they didn't do until the doctor found out that it was missing. Their prices are not cheap as well.

There was no negative rating available, else I would have given that.such unprofessional service and people. I have been promised to get my report within 4 hours and its more than 24 hours now and I still don't have my report. When called, they say they already emailed while I haven't received anything.lying to customers.and they have a complaint department.and the person responsible doesn't treat customers with respect.highly disappointed and would stay away from this place for ever!

I’ve had a very disappointing experience with this place.
First of all I was given wrong quote for the test that I’d requested, secondly when they took the blood sample, they wrote a wrong name, and thirdly they did not provide an invoice. I would not recommend the place to anyone and would definitely go to a different facility next time, unless they improve massively.

Lab service is very good and report is getting on time. It was an great experience with biosytech.
