Went to Starbucks Al Ghurair and the atmosphere is quite normal, but the store was a mess, the customer service is very bad. There is no connection and the staff don't even smile. Guess this wasn't the first.

It was truly a classic experience I had this morning when I had my breakfast. Quality is maintained in every aspect. Spic and span at every corner inside. I must say Classic Restaurant is one of the best restaurants in Dubai.

This time we were highly disappointed with the food, ordered chilly chicken, Chowmein, Chile bhature. The bhatures were flat and not fluffy the way you want the puris to be, the chicken was just sautéed with lots of sauces and was more ketchupy...

Starbucks is love. But the service and ambiance was really nice here and I spent my last few minutes in Dubai in this place so kind of holds some memories for me.

Probably one of the most unique Starbucks I’ve been to. The vibe is great and is really something worth stopping by at Al Seef. Not a fan of their coffee but they had this great strawberry Acai refreshing drink so good!’

Coffee wasn’t brilliant, however the atmosphere and choice of seating was perfect. It is also a great community service to provide a space for AA meetings.

I tried sithphal cream didnt like and they have put rottan custard apple which had worm inside. So will not recommend. Be careful when u eat, disappointed.

Their menu is amazing, the price is less but they don't compromise on the quality and taste for which I give full 5 points. The place is small for such a large crowd during weekend. They should shift to a bigger place or try opening new branch...

Drive through are usually rude. Drinks are always so bad when ordered through drive through. I experience this once every 2 visits.
