Very rude staff, they speak through clenched teeth. Perhaps there is a large flow of clients and the guys are just tired, but I think it is completely unacceptable to be rude to a client if the client has a question. The service is terrible!

We have all the time problem with Deliveroo orders from This branch. Late delivery or incomplete. This week 2 mistakes I waited to for 1,30 mins for coffee.

We really like this place because it has a good ambiance and not too crowded as well.the coffee and breakfast that they had were so delicious.

Highly recommended.they had the most affordable and delicious coffee in town

More of an expo, no guide to explain about coffee nor a great diplay.
They said free entrance but you still have to pay

FRESH BUNS, IT WAS DELICIOUS, WE GOT THE NUTELLA AND BISCOFF ONE. I ALSO GOT THEIR CARAMEL MACHIATTO AND SPANISH LATTE WHICH WASNT SO GOOD. IF I WERE TO COME AGAIN, I WOULD ONLY GET THEIR BUNS, THEIR DRINKS ARENT SO GOOD.

One of the most crowded Starbucks perhaps. Even so, its staff are the same being accommodating and it serves the same refreshments and foods. It’s inside a mall and located in one of the prime areas so it’s always filled with people. Nevertheless...

Good authentic coffee. Always a treat to enjoy their coffee. Machiatto is really nice, do give it a try.

Nice branch in the mall but they try really hard to upsell. I was asked if I wanted string or medium coffee, and when I replied ‘medium’, AED4 was added to the price of my coffee without mentioning the increase.

Amazing place for outdoors, but prepare the insect repellent , other than beautiful garden outdoor and nice seating indoor as well. Amazing for good weather romantic outing.

This is the only Starbucks In dubai that has the same issue every time. THEY DO NOT PUT COFFEE JUST MILK. VERY BAD SERVICE
