I was there yesterday. Everything was ok but I haven’ t received the result within 4 hours as they inform you in their sms. I need the result for the flight and I have sent an email to the customer service of Unilabs and they have aswered me in ca. 1 hour (it was late at night - I appreciate it) that I must wait because they had a lot of samples on that day. And after about 10 hours waiting I have received my negative pcr test result. Thanks a lot especially to Mrs Crizelda Lopena from the Unilabs customer service - she has found out for me where my sample is - I thought they had lost it - and she has sent me an email with the report a few minutes before I got it from the system!

Had my PCR test in Expo Village Residence 3 dated 07 Jan 2022 and until now I didn't receive my result.

No text message, no result in Al Hons App. I called DHA and they told me to go to testing center again to ask for update. I called Unilabs and they told me to do the retest again because they dont have my record.

I did a PCR test yesterday at the Expo and said that I will get the results in 4hours. Unfortunately I've been waiting for almost 24hours now and no results. I sent countless emails to unilabs but still not response.

Is rapid test available here I need to take flight need result in 8 hours also can it be done in night 2 o clock

Yesterday we had to wait for 3 hour to do the test as they had some system issues. Test was done but result did not arrive. I had to go again today with my parents and wait 2 hour to try to get reports without success. Ultimately we paid to do the test again. Terrible experience

Bad service it's takes more than 2 hours to make pcr test, system was down yesterday, they didn't have telephone numbers and now after 15 hours the result of covid-19 not come yet

A quick question, please. What is the maximum time visitors wait to complete their PCR test? I am planning to do two tests: Sunday morning and Thursday morning. Any advice on what time to arrive to avoid delay? Any thing I can do in advance to avoid delay? Many thanks!

I came at 9: 30pm and left at 11: 00pm (drive-thru) and there were only 6 cars infront of us, unbelievably slow. The line was short but it took so long because of their registration system doesn't work is what they said. I was also handed over a clipboard with a pen and paper to fill out (not very Covid friendly). As a Season Pass holder I was disappointed to find out that the free test did not cover us, this is misleading as we were told that all Expo visitors would get adleast one free test. I guess they have to make their money somehow. Not blaming the people who work there as they are probably dealing with a system that doesn't work.

Very poor ground management, 2 hours had to wait as a visitor, and the management staff was not following waiting lines properly

-The result of report came fast. (Within 4hrs)
-Free RT-PCR test for expo
-It’s close to EXPO
-Waiting time for me was around 15 min
-We can take free shuttle to Expo
-Walk in is available
-Drive through is also available
-I went on Friday evening, but it’s open

Most convenient and free PCR test I visited. Received the result within 6hrs. Many thanks Unilabs and Team for smooth and organized flow.

What is happening in this branch is a disaster. Staff on counters is not working at all. They do only 2 pcr tests per hour. Security Muhammad tells people to stand outside under hot sun, to wait for their queue. While he lets to go other people with out the queue. And this is expo 2020.

Rashid was the one who took my test and he was kind and approachable, he made me feel at ease. Thank youuuuu Rashid

You have to walk a whole end
And you have to pay 150 AED for a rapid test
The free test result is in 4 till 6 hours
But the staff is polite.

Seeking advice,
I will be visiting the Dubai expo soon. Just have 2 quick questions regards PCR:
1.is the PCR test conducted here officially acceptable for airport customs checkpoints?
2.does the PCT test can be taken 24h anytime on-site? How long will the result come out?

Great service here at EXPO2020. Free PCR test for 1 day pass. It was the only possibilities for us to get to the airplane, so thank you!
