The sales people and customer service so bad and so much attitude. They always not ready to accept the mistake So RUDE. Cheating the people by giving cheep price but output Quality is always bad. Totally cannot expect the perfect output.

PLEASE DONT GIVE THERE ANY URGENT JOB.
THEY LOSE YOUR CUSTOMER.

I did not like the respect for the customer, there is no bathroom, no place to pray or a carpet.

My experience today was rude by 2 staff there. When I said that I was in a hurry and had other work to do, after I ordered and paid, instead of giving me a business card, they joked with each other and wasted a lot of my time. If the management is careful not to let anyone experience the same experience I had, the next staff will not hesitate to do the same. I also remind you that not all staff are like them

خدمة سريعة. الادارة ممتازة لكن خدمة العملاء والمبيعات باستثناء ادارتهم سيئة للغاية. اتذكر لما كانت خدمة العملاء والموظفين قبل سنوات افضل كثير. عموما كنت اتمنى وضع خمس نجمات. لكن سبب خدمة العملاء والمبيعات سيئة جدا

DEAD LINES - OMG (Not at all taking care of it)
DELIVERY - 100 times we have to call & message etc.

Worst company and worst service, dont want to even give 1 start to them, they dont even treat the employee as a human being and above that their whole work is false and with flaws, suggest any customer or any future employee to read this before getting anything done there.

Very bad experience, what can you expect with a cheap rates equals cheap service.sending messages and calling multiple times they will reply but after sometime. You should have separate customer service to accommodate all inquiries

Really worst in customer service, they kick customers like football to other court and very unprofessional.very disappointed with.

Really bad dealing, people working there are so arrogant they dont care even if they loose business. They throw so much attitude and rude behaviour around. The prices are good, quality check is really bad, they waste time and are not at all professionals.really bad experience out of 1000 pieces printed only 500 were good.no response on calls and msgs.

Worst Customer Service, Very Tragic Experience from all staffs. Don't waste your time, Management is irresponsible. If you have any other Option Don't go with this.

Every thing is ok. Cashier is not doing her job with responcibalities. She don't know how to maintained cashier job. She need training. To we gave to collect our order bill was 63dhs. I have 100 dhs note but she simply said don't have change. I have waist much time to arrange the change.
