I had my bloods done here and it was an incredibly smooth experience, everyone was nice and professional.

Good thing this lab in the city.bus metro taxi all available.staff are super and not so expensive

They are very accomodating to our queries and responds immediately to our calls if we have urgent samples to pick up.they accommodate our request and do their possible best to give is the reports as quickly as they could.

I used Freiburg in several occasions and they always prove to be a great company. Very high quality of service. I just used their home services and the experience was excellent, someone comes on time (finally), acted very professionally and provided the results on time. Well done team and thank you for your service.

We did a pcr test in your laboratory already the service at the reception was so bad
The nurse who did the pcr is not professional she barely putted the stick in my nose and the result was positive for me and my son and my husband it was negative knowing that i had the Covid-19 before the trip and when i was negative we decided to travel to Dubai 10 days after
When we got the result we were shocked because i did the self test and it was negative the worst that our plan was to continue our honeymoon in Maldives island and we had the flight two days after
With my two kids i have been isolated at the hotel and the vacation was canceled and the insurance didn't cover the trip in Maldives since we already in Dubai and we started our package
I don't recommend your service at all you are the worst and i will check with my lawyer what can i do for the bad service and experience that i got

Very very very UNRELIABLE AND NOT PROFESSIONAL.we kept complaining for their UTTERLY DISGUSTING attitude of the "accounts department" staff and they DON'T CARE. SHAME ON YOU!

Here is the story: For the last 2 days i am trying to book their service for my mother. She needs urgently blood check including Glucose (which can be fatal for the patient). They required doctor refereal although i am paying for everything and the total is almost 3000 aed. And guess what.they reply by email with the cost at 6pm right before running home from work. I have no possibility to confirm the blood collection tomorrow first thing in the morning because they left the office! So i am with no possibility to talk to them for the next 2 days because "its holiday". So basically the patients can die or go in shock.because their staff is so busy with their personal life and long weekend.

The receptionist was rude and unhelpful.replying with exactly this words: "aham.sorry.aham.i cannot contact my colleagues.aham.we are in holiday". Although i mentioned its urgent and she was even sarcastic sending me to hospital. Which i dont need a receptionist to teach me.by the way! I told her i will post on social media so people will know how unreliable this company is and her reply was "please post".

Maybe the management will do something about it.its such a pity to make an investment in the lab and have such a staff. To have a business in medical and to have no empathy with medical cases.show only greedy!

For sure Freiburg is one of the best labs in Dubai

Poor and very bad customer service. Receptionist named Irin is very arrogant and shows her attitude. Her behavior is very rude and unprofessional. I will not reccoment this place.

The staff at the reception is extremely arrogant and unfriendly. Her name is Irene. She doesn't listen to what we got to say. The staff at phlebotomy room is kind and nice. The testing fees are economical. Although we have a couple of more test to complete, we wouldn't visit this lab just due to the staff Ms. Irene.

Okay so this was my first experience with them, I went to Freiburg Medical Laboratory to give in blood sample and was promised the results will be release in 7 working days and I booked with my doctor after 7 days as they told and It tooks Almost 10 days. Despite the nurse telling me it will be ready sure in 7 days. This is so unprofessional and I will definitely not recommend this service to anyone. Very very disappointed.

Got my blood results in 4 hour after the test through email. Everything is made simple and easier. Good Service at an affordable rates. Highly Recommended

Walk-in basis to do the blood test. After my research, this laboratory had the cheapest prices for hormone test (AMH, FSH, LH, testosterone). Approximately 4 hours after blood collection, results were sent via email.
