Guerlain Spa at One&Only The Palm

The spa is a bit rundown. I asked for coffee and they didn’t serve any. They had to fetch me one from the resort. I didn’t feel like the therapist knew the product well enough to apply them properly. I’ve tried the Guerlain spa elsewhere and the service is way better and cheaper. I wouldn’t recommend.

My honest honest opinion
- The spa was clean and fresh and the staff were friendly
- The staff seemed to have limited knowledge about Guerlain products
- The prices are high for the services offered (massage) plus the massage did not exceed my expectations that were put for Guerlain
- I wouldn’t recommend you to come here if you want something special unless you just want to try the Spa then that’s a different story
- I expect Guerlain spa to preform much better than what they are performing now it just needs some extra planning and organizing because it felt it just opened

Well, we went for the desert orient 1 hour session and sorry to say but it was highly disappointing.
Firstly one of the “masseuse” was short tempered and energy was just off / it’s pretty odd to be scrubbed with such an ambience/ more over the scrubbing technique was not even present; I do a better job applying liquid soap in a quick shower / literally it was rushed with no rhythm and straight off she ushered us to stem room.massage followed for 20 minutes but when I asked her to focus on an area (my hands) she rolled her eyes and didn’t respond.and straight away started the most awkward massage on my hands! I left half way, I just couldn’t! Bill was 1500 waste of money

In my opinion, good service the therapist are professional they make me feel like home since the lobby they brought me with he golf car till the door carry on my belongings carefully the package of 90 min thought at the beginning was long but for me was exactly what I needed the asked all single details to make me feel comfortable since the illumination of the room, temperature the preferences of oils super accurately to ensure that the treatment is what I was expecting I highly recommend always happy to be back

The Paion Beauty Center provide one of the best services, not overpriced, luxurious treatments.
Only one who I allow to do my hair is Yamen since my hair is very sensitive he knows the best technique for each hair, so recommended

Beautiful facility in an equally beautiful hotel. Friendly staff, luxurious and clean sauna, steam room and relaxation area. Recommend massage from Prasad.

My wife (65) and I (69) are from the USA/NYC and we opted for: the ‘Désert d’Orient’ for two and experienced our 1st "HAMMAM" arabic treatment and it was way above our expectations. First we bathed, then we laid on top of a heated marble slab and our spa attendants (who were so nice) defoliated our skin with a very very light abrasive mud scrub (. Which we were a little worried about, BUT "when in Rome") and it was FANTASTIC! Then we showered, took a steam and then we had a 45 minute massage.which relaxed me so much (. I think I fell a sleep at one point & might have been snoring a little. LOL). Our trip to this spa was a really special treat for us (. We're just average people.) and was the perfect way to spend our last day in Dubai before our 14.5 hr flight home the next day.

Staff were friendly and the spa is beautiful, but the massage itself was not that great, could have been better.

After the massage there should be a relaxation room to have your tea, but over here they take you back to reception area to have the tea there.

Definitely impressive spa by guerlain. I was so impressed by the collection of perfumes and beauty makeup and products that are there at the entrance and waiting area. I had 90minutes massage relaxing and felts really good.
