The only thing that let it down was the nurse at the clinic. No compassion whatsoever. Not even a hello, no word was spoke to me until I felt uncomfortable so felt I had to say is ‘everything ok’, ‘ how are you’ Made me make me feel uncomfortable it was as if I was an inconvenience.

Went to the centre at 3 pm for them to take samples. Was promised that results will be out in 1 or 2 days. But lo and behold, by 7pm the same I got the results! I was so surprised as the last company we used was garbage.

Definitely recommends this centre for all your diagnostic needs.

We had a fantastic service through Health 360. Leena was very supportive, continued to keep us updated on every step. She was also very kind enough to arrange a home blood collection. Very good professionals. I needed extra guidance for a test prescribed by a doctor from home. They've put all the necessary effort to provide me with the information on how to get a physician referral form required for the test from a doctor here in UAE. And not only that but they explained the method they will use to perform the test in order to ensure we will do the correct test which was vital. Special thanks to Meezan who is really patient and very polite!

My insurance didn't cover few tests for me so I had to pay them myself. I found Health Checks 360 online and their prices were very reasonable so I gave them a call. The service is brilliant! Satya booked me an appointment straight away and gave me the options to pay in the clinic or online. It's also great that they work with many clinics in Dubai which means that you can pick a convenient for you location. After few days I received the results on my email address. I later requested from Satya a stamped hard copy (because another clinic requested it from me) and she arranged it the same day. I'm personally very pleased and for sure would recommend them to my friends.

The company 360 company didnt fail to amaze me. They had amazing doctors and the service was astonishing the doctor I met was amazing and respectful he knew what he was doing and knew exactly the solution.
