The fact that they take appointments means you don't have to try your luck by randomly showing up and waiting in queue.

I went for pedicure and deep scrube massage treatment. Was very done and professional.
The most unique thing i observed is the board of silence and no phones in that area. I simply hate noise in any salon, but here, their standard rule gave me a great pleasure to be in silence, i enjoyed the availed treatment along with complimentary coffee.

Parking can do in the RTA area there are plenty and less than a minute away from salon.

Very good experience, very professional treatment. Gives you an incredible sensation once done. Try it with no hesitation.

You know it’s quality from the music, smell and the friendliness of the staff. Premium services with a similar price tag. No pushy upselling.

They offer different types of massages with different selections on oils to choose from.
Angelica is really talented masseuse.
Honeyloo, Maryloo, K Cealyn and Marissa are so so so great in Manicure & Pedicure.
All the staff are very friendly and welcoming, the spa has a really nice relaxing vibe.

I’ve been a regular customer of Jazz for the past 2 years. The people here are so kind and so professional.
My hair dresser Ali El-Semsemawy is one of the best, he so expert and very nice.
Mr Mohamed who is the manager is also so helpful and always there.

I've been a regular at Jazz Lounge (over 7 years now) and I've never had a bad experience. Right from being greeted by Katerina and other members at the reception to the entire experience, it's been incredible every single time.

While I've done a variety of experiences ranging from full body massage to pedicures, I'd like to especially mention Attachai, the therapist who works his magic and goes the extra mile by asking the purpose of the visit to ascertain pressure and method. He's terrefic!

I will continue to come and highly recommend all to experience it for themselves.

This was my second visit, and apart from the Moroccan Bath, I added a padi and manicure to my visit. Christian helped me with the bath, which was excellent and Jema & Annape who did my padi & manicure, they both did an excellent job and i came out refreshed. Also the store manager, i didn't get his name, but he was very professional and well spoken. Thank you for your service and i will be back soon.

I've been going to Jazz Lounge regularly for pedicures for almost 5 years now, and it's always great service. I have to take care with where I get pedicures because I have an ingrown toenail problem, and the first time I went was soon after a surgery to fix it. I told them about the problem and they were very understanding and professional.

I still go there often, and Annape always gives me a great pedicure.

Had a tennis elbow injury for long time. Tried medicine, physio & injection but pain remained persistent. I got suggestion from a friend to try some sessions with the therapist Anas, and it turned out to be an excellent recommendation. After few sessions the pain was gone. Very professional therapist and highly recommended for sports massage.

Booked a deep cleansing facial expecting a good deep cleanse with a machine that really clears the pores. Whilst most of the treatment was good, the deep cleanse was a painful manual squeeze of pores, resulting in a really average facial. Not worth the money and primarily focused on upselling the additional facial products.

Amazing experience. From the start I was greeted professionally and was asked all the questions to make me comfortable. Options were give for a senior male masseur or otherwise and I opted for the senior. He was strong and detailed. I had a great experience and can't wait to book another appointment

Always impressed with the quality of service on offer here. Had a deep tissue massage with Queen, she is one of the best at what she does! She makes sure you are comfortable during the therapy and is always making sure you are comfortable. She even suggests what treatment is suitable for your based on whether or not you have an active/sporty lifestyle! Truly awesome customer service and a must to unwind and relax!
