They do not respect their words, I'm trying for 3 hours to call and lady who called me a day before tge delivery was terribly rude. Do you understand how a cheque book can be a very important document. Anyways if I get delayed in paying my rent it will cause me loss and I shall definitely claim ypu guys because I have your message about the book being sent.

Lousy and unprofessional service, scheduled the date, location and time of delivery yet my parcel wasn't dispatched, 'it will be delivered the next day' they said and it's already delayed for 3 days, they want me to go all the way to rashidiya to pickup my item instead.wow, just wow!

Scheduled for a delivery yesterday, but wasn't dispatched today. According to the customer service they will reschedule the delivery tomorrow. It's useless to arrange a delivery and expect it will come on time. Poor quality service.

DO NOT USE THIS PEOPLE.they are liars and fraud.when booking delivery they promise you schedule.but then delivery driver decides when to deliver or not.no schedule is followed.no responsibility.no understanding of how important some documents can be.very BAD.manages are the worst in the place.they do not even respond
