I recommended Print Arabia to my company to print the business cards for me and my colleagues, we have mentioned clearly that each set has to be delivered to a certain address, they decided to deliver all to one location which was by coincidence for my colleague who is outside the country, I requested them to print another set as I have an event and can’t wait but they kept insisting that I have to check with my colleague how to collect it from him, finally they understood the urgency of the situation and they printed another set and to be fair they delivered it to my doorstep at late time after their working hours.

In terms of the quality of the product and packaging everything is acceptable.

I have been communicating with Saad in regards to making desk calendars and file dividers for my office. Saad has been exceptional when it has come to professionalism, knowledge and patience. There was a lot of changes that were made from my side and Saad was more then accommodating. I have just received the desk calendars and I am so pleased with them. They are beautifully made. High quality. I will use Print Arabia again without a doubt. Thank you Saad!

Absolutely appalling experience! The staff's knack for deceit is mind-boggling. Within a mere five minutes, I was served a trio of lies by two different employees. I reached out to get an update on my order, only to be told a three-hour wait was in order. Not satisfied, I demanded to speak to a supervisor, and magically, the wait time shrank to just an hour.

But the dishonesty didn't stop there. On calling back to discuss delivery, I was suddenly told my order was ready for immediate pick-up. Yet, if I wanted it delivered, the window was an inexplicably broad 3 to 8pm. I strongly advise caution when dealing with this company. Proceed at your own risk.

Terrible service to even communicate what you need done. Super expensive and was overall a waste of my time and effort. Do not recommend at all.

Extremely disappointing! Never again! Especially on a Friday because they're in a hurry to go home one hour before they're meant to close and so stop responding. More over they ruined our reputation with a client because of an error from their end and when this was pointed out, read the msg and radio silence, not even an apology. Mistakes happen but this wasnt the way to deal with it. Will not go back or recommend to anyone.

Awful communication, rude sales people, incapable of explaining the requirements, their pricing structure looks like fraud, they charge the equivalent of 130euros for 1 sleeve sample (it's a basic piece of paper) and once you manage to speak to the manager he shows 0 understanding for client's need. There are so many printing companies out there who provide better service and price that it's beyond me why would anyone use their service.ever!

Based on the info provided on website, I given an order for business cards and it was promised 2 working days.
Upon approaching 2 days, it has been told it will get delivered next day as the printing is done but not the cutting. Took 3 extras days and asked me to pick from JLT office on 7th day.
It’s an organized approach of taking upfront money first and lock the customers. They will be non responsive on call and office door too.www.print arabia.ae

We dealt with them for 4 years, they used to be good but have recently become a sad story. Poor quality and no action taken to remedy defects and the funny part is when we approached other companies we received much lower rates.

I will share my experience with this company. I came to PrintArabia to make premium business cards. Right from the door I stated "regardless of cost I WANT BEST BUSSINES CARD AVAILABLE", and I was assured they can do all the features I wanted, such as silver embossing, double or triple paper thickness by stacking, black edges of the card etc. The sample came out good, however I was not happy with the final cards. The card came out sligthly tilted, my logo was not straight and anyone I showed it to could notice this. PRINTARABIA tried to convince me this is "NORMAL" and that slight error is acceptable, so I took the card to few other companies to consult. The opinion of two other printers was same as mine, that cards are not cut properly and should be reprinted. PrintArabia chose to completely ignore this complaint. I ended up paying 1500aed for 1000 cards, and I feel cheated as I specifically requested a perfectly done job.if I wanted just any card I would have paid 200aed for same thing. Before this set I had another card which cost 6 times less, thats 600% less, and it was cut straight.

My experience with Print Arabia was terrible. The team is not professional and their sales representative (Hossam) is non responsive. He is not reachable and it took more than 1 week for a simple job of print and deliver 3 window stickers. I would not recommend this company. Very disappointing service.

I would like to highlight that your team has failed to deliver once again. As I write this, the team is so far 1 hour late to show up on site to install the window stickers. You continue to extend your level unprofessionalism! I will be writing an official complaint to Dubai Consumer Rights Department.

Where should I start? I'm so grateful for knowing this printing press, and I really regret not knowing it earlier.my experience was printing standard booklets. Mariel was amazing and patient and answered all my concerns with patience.not only they printed excellent quality. I also made a mistake after approving the proof and Mariel told me about it!
