Worst experience ever. Their customer service has horrible communication skills. They wasted 2 months trying to get approval for different blood tests from my health insurance. In the end they got approved 8 out of 21, then I go there and they can only do 2 tests. Never again.

Scheduled an appointment for 5: 30pm in the lobby fo our hotel, they kept saying 10 minutes more until 6: 15pm. After waiting 45 mins in the lobby of the hotel, the samples were taken. We ordered a 2hr rapid PCR for almost 630 AED (the 599 on the website doesn't include tax), but didn't receive the results until 4 hours after we had taken the test and 5 hours after our appointment was scheduled. If you choose to go here, count on this lab to take at least 4-6hrs for the 2hr rapid test.

They made me have a three injection trying to look for the vein. Very bad an unpleasant experience.

Everyone is so great and friendly. They are so so gentle and respectful. Every male nurse is so so gentle but not Cathrina. Its a fight for her I think and she believes that she is so professional and wonderful. Always ask for someone else but never Catherina guys, she thinks that the right way is to dig if its a man she is making the test for and god help a female if she is doing it. She is also quite rude and loud. She will scream in your face GOOD BYE GOOD BYE" as if we are deaf.

Drinking Water cooler is not working always there is hot water. There is no purpose to decorate it as a showcase.

Used these guys a few times (PCR for travel and non-travel) and always been happy with the service.

On the Sunday morning there was absolutely no queue, and drove straight through. Staff are very friendly

Reasonable pricing for urgent 12 hour service, even the non-urgent services used to come within around 12 hours.

Entrance can be a little bit tricky to find, but maps gets you there without much issue.

Nothing but great experience always get results in good time. Ques can get long so get in early if you can before 8am. And try to. Pick a mid week day if your getting tested regularly. Always get the results fast as this testing center is connected to the laboratory! The staff here have done an amazing job!

Best drive through; you can come there is a long road so that you can be in the que without any traffic jam pressure from behind

I can say medium waiting time; minimum 30 mins; dont forget to bring a pen to fill the form and your emirates ID or Passport

I tried to contact them through mail, phone call and WhatsApp massages, but they are not willing to provide any clarification or any answers regarding my concern.

I am really sorry to express that it was so bad experience to me with mena lab.

Process was easy. Fast and quick service. Got the result overnight. Queue was a bit long though. All done in 1 hour.

After a two hour wait in my car that went like 2km down the street I finally got my test at 12: 30am, results came back in 6 hrs. Line was not their fault - everyone’s getting tested before NY and they even stayed open for past their closing because of that, but staff were still very friendly, kind, and organised.

After the test I got a positive pcr test.
The write my name wrong.
I try to contact with the office, to ask some questions but no one answered me.
They don't answer to my email even in what's up.

My lab results were delayed, I tried to contact the lab, no one is answering. I sent an email and still waiting fir response. This is not acceptable as test results are crucial for patient’s treatment, and delays will impact the patient outcome.

This has been our go to place for PCR testing whenever we need a certificate to travel outside the uae. It costs 110dhs and very convenient. Staff are very friendly and works efficiently.

The worst lab.thier result is not accurate especially with covid 19 test if you want ro do covid test don't di it with them

If I could rate there service 10/10 I really would. Great communication via WhatsApp and very prompt service/ results. We took our test first thing in the morning and by the afternoon we received our results. Getting these test for travel can sometimes be hassle, especially when you’re worried you won’t get your results on time but when I do return to Dubai, I’ll definitely be using MenaLabs for future tests! Thanks for all the information before booking and assisting us with our test!

Very good drive thru facility for Covid PCR Testing. Fast and efficient process. Almost no waiting time. Results are released within 6 to 12 hours.

Overall I can recommend!
No any pre-booking needed.
Just drive in, fill application form inside car (you will get it there, but don’t forget a pen), choose 1 from 2 options: 110 AED for express (up to 6hours) or 150 AED for regular tests (up to 24h).
Spent 25 min (noon of Saturday).

Their PCR test was so affordable, and you will get your result ontime sometimes it could be earlier, the nurse is very friendly and she is very gentle while doing my swab test.keep up the good work menalabs

Horrible experience went there as the government give the permission to charge people 50AED but they’re charging 110 and keeps saying they won’t do it till they get further notice to change their prices. The guys were unprofessional and asked for more money to push the test to be faster. While last time I did they did it quick bc I was traveling and now the guy name was melbin that’s what he said he acted all awkward when I asked him about his name kept he’s hands on my car window I was closing the window and he stayed didn’t want to move. Terrible don’t go there go to SEHA there more professional and faster and they charge only 50 dirhams.

It's a bit far but very very quick. Most staff were good except one which is ok. Got results in 4 hours. Amazing.

1 hour long queue, utter confusion with the staff to the extent where they presented me with another patients form. 24 hours later and still no PCR result.
Have tried to call them 6 times today and no one answers.
DHA should take away their ability to operate they are a liability. These guys are just here to make money from COVID

There’s about an hour wait during rush hour but the process itself was super fast and I got my results in 10 hours. It’s also the cheapest in Dubai at 110AED.

Great PCR Center. PCR report comes in short hours max 8 hours.one of the greatest center. Go with any type of vehicles no problem.good team work.

Went there on a Sunday afternoon. There was a long queue, and yet we managed to get our test done in less than 35 mins. My wife was traveling, and she got her result in less than 9 hours. The test report even had qr code on it. Their whatsapp number is also helpful ajd supportive. Helped me address a concern regarding correction in name on the test report. Overall good experience

May 22 i came there around 10pm the customer service is really good i really appreciate the guy named orlando he really helped me all about my question not like the other guys on front of the gate you should commend peolpe like him

Worst place, their on ground staff deceive clients just to get extra tests, We were going to Abu dhabi and we already knew that kids under 12 do not require PCR tests yet they insisted that we have to have the PCR tests as it’s “mandatory” and abu dhabi are very strict in their rules and regulations. So we did the tests for them and then we found out kids till May 2021 are exempted!

I went at 0730 in the morning there were no other cars, i ve literally finished in 2 minutes and got the results within 5 hours. Very polite employees as well.

I called the lab and they said they are open till 12 am and if there is long queue they will serve until 1 am. So I reached there at sharp 10pm and waited for almost 2 hours. When I was about to reach the entrance gate the security person said they are closed now and they are not taking anymore applicants and it was only 11: 30 pm by then.
Very poor customer management.
They could have at least counted the remaining slots available and informed us in prior to leave rather than keeping us waiting.

In Menalabs Al Ain the Filipina Receptionist Mona is not professionally doing good customer service since the first time we encounter her and she is not cooperating with her team even other locals and Pakistans does not like her. She’s giving endurance of waiting time but it is not true and she always give wrong information even if it is impossible to happen. Thank you

Super impressed by the service and the time it took to get the result. Did my test 10pm and received results via sms and Email next morning by 8am. The sms also contained the link to download the report in case you didn't receive the Email.

The queue management was also outstanding. When I joined the queue I was 600 metres away from the gate entrance according to my navigation app, but this was cleared within 30 minutes as inside they have staff taking swabs from different stations from the queue. Don't forget a pen though as you need to fill a form to register (I did mine while waiting in the queue).
