Unprofessional customer service! They kept saying in 10–15 minutes they will send proposal and never did it. After multiple follow ups and calls I have gave up. Not recommended to deal with them, so disappointed

Paper quality if fine. But they're bad in following instruction. I have talk with Monica, I am very disappointed at her for making excuses. I have made revision to my request which I think is normal to all customers but she's in denial of her action. Very bad customer service just admit that you are wrong. Not compare to my other supplier they will admit what went wrong. Never do business with this company again!
