Extremely pleased with the responsiveness and the level of professionalism of the team at Bicyclefix. I’ve had 3 bikes that had undergone maintenance there, they were picked up from my location and delivered back within the time frame they promised.they also kept me updated about any additional replacement parts needed. I just had my fairly ran down Ebike serviced and a baby seat fitted. I'm very pleased with the service. It was not only super fast my bike looks like new and the price was more than adequate for the service. Will definitely be returning. Thanks guys

Excellent service. Cycle was rusting and the chain was coming off as well. They did a great job of repairing the cycle. Also have a good variety of new cycles to purchase from.

Very responsive and professional service, they picked up my mountain bike and did the full bike maintenance (the crankset, brakes and rust removal) and repaired the rear tyre that had a puncture! Overall I’m very satisfied with the service.

I had a bent derailleur and the bike also needed a service. I was surprised at how cheap the fix and service were. Ride Well came and picked the bike up and it was returned within 48 hours. They were very friendly and helpful. Quite responsive too, when I had a couple of questions etc. RECOMMENDED.

Amazing service and very professional. Fixed every problem in the bicycle for a very good price just in one day. Ahmad was very good and friendly with the delivery and pickup for my bike and always gave me follow ups on my bike when it was getting fixed and was always on time. The service overall is great.

They do servicing also for electric scooter, for flat tire to battery changing. The staffs are professional and approchable. A must visit shop.

First of all i’d like to say that the pricing is absolutely amazing and the staff and management are very efficient with time and deliveries, the bike was returned looking absolutely fabulous, I would definitely recommend anyone to try out this service if their bike needs repairs, they also sell things like bike seat covers and bike locks which was really helpful. Very professional conversation with the team as well.
As a bike owner I know where i’m going if my bike needs maintenance again. 10/10 no complaints.
