I had a great experience with the staffs here. I took an appointment with Dr. Rebin for a scan, he was extremely professional and courteous. Appreciate his service.

Nikhath is the best customer care representative I ever seen in Dubai. I wanted to get immediately medical report and he was support to me super fast. Following up my case and updated me soon. I thankfull to all staff members in the Right health laboratory and highly recommended.

I am 24 weeks pregnant and went there 10: 30 hours fasting for GTT (glucose tolerance test) they sent me back on day 1 saying that i cant be fasting for more than 10 hours. (Actual window is 8-12 hours fasting) they didnt accept me because they were not having the solution.

On day 2 they took my fasting blood sugar and i waited 1/2 hour for the bottled glucose, after multiple reminders they gave me to drink a glass of hand made glucose mixture (which has to be bottled and 75 g, they didnt had any thing to measure).

When asked for the reason they told they are out of stock and on emergency they make the solution and give it to patient. When we said we dont want handmade they could arrange the bottled syrup within 10 mins.

On top of all this their attitude was super bad and when we told that we will write reviews in multiple places - they immediately changed their behaviour and was sorry for what ever happened.

Assistant of the doctor is not professional. I got injections and that’s so rubbish. You should give training. I got injury after that injection and how easily he said it’s normal. I think if anyone wants to visit then just refer to another clinic but it’s your choice.

Amazing service and the staff are very friendly, you can finalize all your papers through their customer service before you arrive to shortcut time. Thank you so much Asha Blessen for the great service.

The waiting time was around 10 minutes, and the blood test sample for the NPTI test was very easy, and they said the results would be out within 8-10 days.

I was promised that the test results will be shared the same day. But they haven't. No proper coordination among themselves. Don't recommend it

Updated review after receiving the result:
The test results were wrong. My doctor confirmed this too, as the results are no where closer to our earlier test results. We had to take another test from a different test center.

Wasted my time and money, both!

They lack co ordination with each department.
Blood test reports takes 3 days to get even without the insurance. Dont expect confidentiality of your tests. As the receptionist screams out the tests you will be doing infront of everyone.which is very unprofessional. The lady in reception without uniform wearing glasses questions people like they are investigating criminals.

Worst place ever, took a blood report on 14th Nov and they promised to send the report on mobile but nothing happened, called them and their system were down and later when contacted they took my number but did not call back. After that no one was picking up the call. Real pathetic services.

I don’t recommend this clinic at all! Horrible customer service. I don’t know where they find this type of so called nurses, doctors …

I just wanna know how's the price of phisical body check for one person, but no one tell me that including the doctors didn't! So many problems. Don't wanna come here any more time!

The staff is very helpful and cooperative. The test results were delivered as per the said timeframe. The rates were comparitively fair and overall I had a good experience.

It was great experience with Bio Health. The staffs were very professional, well focused and customer friendly.

The services are reasonably priced however they are not at all professional, it took them 3 attempts to simply draw blood for a normal check, facilities are not that clean which is a major concern during covid.honestly only upside is that they are cheap, looks like you will have to pay for this service with literally your blood.

I Had visited for a test at Karama Br.they committed me that they will give my results same day, but they did not get back to me, thats ok.the worst part is they have a watss app number for customers, but they do not have time to reply after seeing my en number of msgs.they do not even care to reply.i would have given minus stars for watsapp service if i had an option.very unprofessional
