RTA Car Registration

Good Experience during my vehicle registration especially the front desk customer care executive.

Staff are super helpful and friendly.this was the quickest time I sold my car ever, just in 20mins. Mr Khaled & Ms. Kalthoum were very kind and helpful and they had great positive attitide.best part about this place is that its not so crowded and for renewal you can use the kiosk which saves lots of time. Also, the remote staff on the phone gave me accurate information before I went there which was very helpful. Thank you all! A highly recommended car registration center!

The are providing the service, but work is very slowly

They will always fail your first car technical test for no convincing reason. The administration is good.

Not recommended…very long waiting time…look like they give people inside slot by recommendation

The place is clean with more counters for registration. The vehicle testing area is small and is queued up

Dont go if you are driving used car its only for new cars they will give you fail not recommend

Useless customer service. Staff is rude and not supportive. Highly not recommended. Go to a different place to get your stuff done faster.

I was informed to go to mutakamela alqouz branch but the reviews were quite scary so i went to ras alkhor mutakamela and it was very quick and easy

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Spoke to the Supervisor, his response is “If you don’t like to wait, leave! ” Been here for about 4-5 hours to cancel a registration. HORRIBLE customer service!

One of the worst inspection center
This people are not pro, and Gud for noting.

The vehicle (guy) inspector very rude with its customer.

Total waste of time, not professional at all, the staff do the inspection and ask u to go here and there to collect reports, they left a car un attended and it rolled and hit my car, they have a very arrogant supervisor with 0 knowledge called " Ali" when the RTA manager came to the area they all gave lame excuses with 0 action taken.simply avoid that dirty place and just go to Tasjeel its just on the other side next to the pump station.at least those are experts and have been there for over 10 years.this place needs to be shut immediately.we went there at 9 am and left the place at around 3 pm! So u do the math!

Quick and instant service. Staff is excellent and friendly to walk towards you proactively if you are stuck in a process.

Very friendly staff. Many services under one roof. My new registration process was completed smoothly.
If you have to pay cash then keep small notes with you.

Services are quick and easy, staff is friendly and nice to respond your queries. KIOSK machine is available inside the main hall if you are looking to print your registration card and sticker.
The over all online procedure of car registration and renewal introduced by RTA is awesome and easy to adopt.
