يرجى تحسين الخدمه في هذا الفرع، ضاع وقتي في الانتظار الطويل ومع الحر أيضا كانت الأمور صعبة

الصراحة الخدمة كانت سريعة و المدير ما قصر جاوب على كل اسالتي لانو كان عندي مخالفات في ابوظبي و كذا ، شكرا على خدمة السريعة و للعلم عندهم كمان فحص السيارة

•عدم التزام الاشخاص بالارقام
٠تعدي ادوار الاشخاص المنتظرين "من قبل تعارف اصحاب المعارض لبعض العاملين داخل المركز
٠تعطيل الاجراءات لطباعة الهوية الامراتية و هذا الاجراء تم الغائه من قبل الحكومة دبي " حكومة بلا ورق"

٠عدم وضوح المتطلبات للخدمة قبل اخذ تذكرة الانتظار لذالك سوف يطلب منك الموظف بعض النواقص و هذا سوف يكرر عملية الانتظار مجدداً

I went there for license collection, took literally 5 mins to get it printed. Awesome services.

Great place quick service
Once you enter you can see insurance counter renewal counter next to it and also payment for the passing right oppiste to insurance counter. There are 2 entrance for this center

They are friendly at all, respected team and cooperative.

Doesn’t know rta rules, explained we can pass car and failed. 3 of us heard it, he should be aware with rta rules, seeing me buying a new car it’s logical for me that it will have to pass rta.not happy with the service at all, next time i use rta again, at least i won’t have to pay extra to pass rta twice!

Just went to update Emirates ID done for car registration. Very quick and good experience. Everyone was so friendly. Specially Mr. Saeed who did it with a smile within minutes.

Long plate fees AED 100.

I got no clue as to why they call it "Customer Happiness Center".
I sure hope you'll get an officer, that knows about RTA services readily available in Dubai by RTA, before they send you off to another emirate's RTA instead, when the service is available in Dubai!

It’s a smaller site, considering it’s located in the used car market area, friendly staff. One of the down side of the facility only vehicle fitness test is only done here. To complete the process I had to visit the al Quasis tasjeel branch to get my renewed registration card. Which was a hassle considering the traffic and hassle. I recommend this place if it’s your last resort
