RTA Customer Happiness Center - Al Barsha

Recently did a vehicle transfer at this location. I've done previous transfers here as well but this time was met with quite a rude lady at the counter. While the transaction was happening i was asked whether i'd pay by cash or card, to which i said cash. When i pulled out a 1,000 note she made a terrible face and said i don't have change. So i said ok, in such case i'll use the card. To this she very agitatedly said she already punched in the transaction and selected cash so now i had to pay via cash, and said she didn't have any change so i had to go and find the change and come back. In response i said to her "how was i supposed to know that at such a busy Tasjeel center you will not have change"? And that made her even more upset for reason beyond my understanding. I really think they need better training in terms of customer service. They need to be taught how to not escalate a situation by just using the right demeanor and the right choice of words, which i thought was clearly missing there!

One of the best service and safest place. I lost my emirates ID and went best after 25 days they kept it safe and returned it back to me.

Printing of the license card literally took a minute. My mind was blown by how quick and easy the process was!

Why you dont accomodate for tourists?
To pay car parking for public areas, only options are sms and apple pay. I have tourist line so it doesnt work for sms and my family use service with kuwait telecommunications company so paying doesnt work for them either. Our bank does not offer services on apple pay. PUT ACTUAL MACHINES with card and money option TO MAKE IT EASY THE WHOLE PHONE THING IS INEFFICIENT.say someone has low to no battery or forgot their phone its not functional!

I have experience of Very Supporting and friendly staff. Normally people spend 20 to 30 minutes. But my case it took 1 and half hour.

I must say it was an excellent experience, right from the security, reception and the customer service personnel. Just fantastic service. Things are completed in an extremely efficient and quick manner. Truly a customer happiness centre.

Extremely multifunctional. Can access wide variety of services, from utility payments, to car fines, even top up phone card or purchase apple / playstation credits.

Amazing service. Was offered tea/coffee during my waiting period. I took approximately half an hour to finish my work. Lot of parking spaces available outside the office.

Went to renew my sons driving licence. Very kind and polite lady at the reception, and a most helpful man to assist me with the automatic driving licence machine. Well done folks. Apporiately called the "Happiness Centre". Keep up the good work.

The staff are entitled, rude, and completely clueless. We tried to convert a UK driving license for an Abu Dhabi visa holder, and they we had to go there 3/4 times until we had the 'correct' document. They kept telling us we needed a different document, giving us different answers EVERY SINGLE TIME we showed up there. We show up with the document they tell us to bring and it's still wrong - every single time. I got yelled at in a different language, spoken down to, and literally "shooed" away because they wanted to go home (20 minutes before closing time.). I have never been treated this way and I urge anyone.if you can go to another center, do it. We got the document and ended up going somewhere else with no issues. Very disappointed, but not surprised really.

It is nice service centre but not allowing with shorts. I believe people shouldn’t restricted like this.

Get eye test within 8 minutes, renew license by paying in machine, got printed license within 12 minutes, really appreciated system

المشكلة الوحيدة في عدم وجود أماكن انتظار لسيارات المتعاملين و محدودية الأماكن أمام المركز.

Best place to get your RTA business taken care of, lovely ladies in reception to help you, always a smile and an explanation as to what to do

Conveniently located to meet the RTA and Licensing service requirements of people living in the New Dubai area. Plenty of parking and open till 730 pm.

Changed my European driver's licence here in 20 minutes. It's unbelievable how fast this is! Definitely top notch staff.
And the lady at the front desk is so bright, cheerful and welcome you with a big smile!

Needed to renew my driving licence and was expecting the usual bureaucratic red tape However the process was so seamless and took less than 5 minutes. As I had already done my eye test earlier the information was stored in the system All I needed to do is to type into a vending machine my driving licence number and Date of Birth. I decided to pay by credit card and voila my card was printed out in a few minutes. Also I was given a choice to print out my receipt or emailed Very impressed
