Bad experience driver they cannot even wait 10 second some passenger I see they running the driver they don't that is bus 53 in deira city center Indian driver to much attitude same2x work in long hours

Helpful staff and fast Service Only thing needs considering is uploading documents by yourself might be hard for elder people. The website gives occasional error as well
My car is new and didn’t pass three years since registered and according to the rules, it’s not required from me to do a car inspection however the system is broken and it shows that i should do it, and when i ask them they reply with “ we can’t control the system “

It's always great to see Ms Nawal at the front desk. Also Ms. Fatma alblooshi and Latifa are all very kind and courteous. My visits have been always pleasant. The security guys needs some training though.
When exchanging a driving license and you need to provide translation, you must get a legal translation done in the UAE to Arabic. Other forms of translation are not accepted.
Otherwise, with all the documents in place, the exchange process is very smooth and you get a new license printed right away, which is great. Overall, the staff is very nice and helpful.
Very impressed. Customer experience pretty smooth (a couple of opportunities) and most impressive was fact I walked in off the street and came out with both a digital and physical driver's licence within 20 minutes. Very good.
Excellent service from every person I dealt with and very fast. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Front desk staff were really nice and friendly, explained what I needed to do and waited for me to guide me through it. Optician was also very easy going and quick. Finally the staff member who did the license did it in a very short time without any issues.
Located in Umme Ramool opposite Dubai Airport, now mostly services done online only. But i found the staff here very very helping and supportive. They really concerns about customers queries. Well mannered & professional staff.
Well, this feedback is about my experience of visiting the Customer Happiness Center at Umm Ramool - this center indeed lives up to its name "Customer Happiness Center" The agents there are very friendly and efficient. There was a mess-up done to my traffic file at Warsan Tasjeel due to in-experience of the staff and my car ownership transfer was not getting done. The ladies at Umm Ramool were very persistent to sort this issue out - they took 2 days but then at the end could resolve it. Hats off to their efforts and a big thank you to Ms. Hind Arab & Ms. Najla - wonderful experience and truly customer friendly. All the very best!

I was given a fine in a side of street that does not have a sign for parking. I complained and they refused to remove the fine. I showed them the photos and they said that there is a sign somewhere. I have to guess. I swear everything i said is true. They did not place a sign until today, i.e twenty days after my complaints. They can do anything they want. Money comes first to them.
I use the metro everyday going to work and going back home. It’s a very good mode of transportation in Dubai. I just hope they maintain cleanliness of the seats as my friends and I saw a bed bug in one of the seats!
They don't want to listen my point nor negotiate, One of the stuff young guy behave like we are labour. RTA wants only money we customers believe that because of the staff.so look after on my issue, I waste my time talking to that person in RTA customer center building G2.thanks
Very rude customer care if RTA is at mistake they don’t even have the patience to listen and if they want your money every thing is smooth. The guy in front of me was having Doritos when I was talking and before even listening he start to say *YOUR MISTAKE *

The staff are very professional, respectful and hard-working. They make sure best quality service is done and all customer are happy with the service.
The building location is very good because it has the metro station located less than 50m. Parking available, bus stop is opposite side of the building. Taxi available too.

RTA is absolutely working nice, but some of rules is not matching by Human rights council, like without Noc can't join New company which registered in RTA. You will be wait for two year to join, or get Noc from old company. If the drivers ask Noc from old comp.they old company ask you give us five to ten thousand AED. The most of company witch registered in RTA they don't have labour account for salaries transfer, no medical insurance.
