RTA Customer Happiness Center - Al Kifaf

One if the best experience I had. Lovely and charming staff so friendly and within 15 minutes I got the license.
Speaks good English.

Very disappointed, there were two male those are not helping, I need Dubai traffic file number, they refused it badly. Both have no idea about it and they were referring me to check online or go to warsan RTA happiness center, why not here? , Even they're not ready to listen you for your questions. Very very bad and rude. 1 star is to much for you. Then at the same time, same day I went to "Al Manara" RTA happiness center, with in five minutes they provide it.

The best customer service experience that I had in my 17 years of UAE life.
Went there for license renewal. It took less than 5 minutes only to get a renewed one. Staff (Madam) over there came to help me, did not get agitated though I was stumbling upon procedures. Truly helped me. Thank you.

Excellent service! The RTA officials make sure that your requirement is met and i could renew my licence with their help even on a Sunday!

An American expat here - I went in on a Sunday to exchange my drivers license for a UAE one and happened to come in at the shift change. One gentleman got me started with the process as well as helped me get my eye exam stuff sorted and uploaded, then was handed off to another gentleman to finish the process and they were both so incredibly nice and helpful. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I was in and out with my new license very quickly. Very much recommend this particular location for the quick and friendly service.

Had an amazing experience at the RTA, all thanks to their exceptional representative MR Mohammad Saleh. He was professional, knowledgeable, and provided top-notch service. Highly recommended! Also, they are open 24/7.

This place is very convenient for renewing your driving license. You only need less than 2 minutes in the machine to renew and you can get driving license immediately from the machine. Make sure to take your eye test first before coming to this center. The person who is in the rta center is very helpful and kind.

As a Brit expat, I visited this center to get a UAE license on the basis of my existing UK license. The customer service, speed, efficiency and friendliness of the staff was phenomenal. Each and every member of staff was friendly, helpful and importantly a beautiful smile. Thank you. A truly satisfied and happy customer. Even better, I got my license on the spot all done within 10 minutes of entering the building. This would never have been possible in the UK!

The nicest people work here! The lady at reception is an absolute star and one feels so welcome.very efficient and knowledgeable. Then you get your license conversion processed and its as smooth as can be. All of the people that work here are so considerate, caring, professional, efficient and just amazing. This is the diamond standard in service! I take my hat off to them! Amazing!

I had a very bad experience with this "happiness centre". Very unqualified staff, which is not interesting to help customer, but to make for him an additional problems for his own money. "I don't know, please call the Customer Service" - usual answer on reception. Instead of found solution and give to the customer full information about particular service, staff says "we did all for you, what you want else from us? "
Unfortunately, such attitude in Al Kifaf RTA branch imaging that all RTA offices are the same, but I like to believe that it is not true.

I come to exchange my foreign driver licence, and was shocked how the process was simple and fast, I was lucky there was no queue at all and the people who guide me was absolutely nice.

RTA target how to get money from people giving them fines. I think the first thing in the morning they tell to their emoloyees if you fine people you will be promoted and will increase your salary.

Only two female executives for biometrics and lots of vip queue jumping. Taking hours to complete a 5 minute process.

I lost my bag in the taxi on 29th November 2021 around 3am in the morning terminal 2 was from the airport when I told the driver that I was paying by card his moods changed, he started driving me with high speed later on when I reached home he removed only two of my bags and drove away upto now have contacted the Rta they are still telling me the driver hasnot yet reported my missing item!

Very cooperative and caring staff. She took all my license related documents and helped me. I must appreciate the supervisor who took my issue as her own. Received my renewed license in no time. From my side the staff deserves 10/10.

Driving a sport-car in Dubai is a nightmare due to the thousands and thousands of meaningless road humps and noise-bands. Safety improvement is a disputable outcome, while the driving discomfort is assured, with the additional damage of your car suspensions, regardless the speed you drive. Humps are not standardized and very steep.noise bands are too many, far early than really needed, very thick and often leftover from previous roadworks. You can find meaningless noise bands in the middle of a straight segment of the E311 or the E44. They should really reconsider the abuse of these speed control devices.
In the meanwhile, the white land-cruisers and Patrols back-tail you at 130km/h.
