RTA Smart Kiosk - Customer Happiness Center - Al Twar

. I just recently paid for my car registration online via the rta app and I then got my digital registration card. Then I contacted RTA customer service. They suggested me to head towards customer happiness center. I must say that it took me barely less than 5 minutes to complete my details in the "kiosk" machine and the machine printed out the new registration card within a minute. Another good thing is that these smart "kiosks" are available 24/7.

Very easy to access, close to AL Qusais Metro station as well. Good service from RTA.

Showing Sunday open closing 2 pm when I reach before 12 but centre is closed

Only 2 smart teller machines but public are more standing in lines.for me it took 15 minutes to come my number. Better to add 1 more

Very nice place with helping staff giving right information and free parking for customers on back
