RTA Smart Kiosk - RTA Head Quarters

Very bad customer service, they refused to allow me going upstairs to meet someone in charge. "Due to covid" while some other people are just laughing out without masks or anything on.

I am on a visit in Dubai and have bought the 7-days Gold Nol-Card Ticket. A few days later my Nol Gold-Card is not working and the only answer I get is to buy a new ticket. I have never seen such a bad service. I have paid 25 AED for the card itself and charged the card with 220 to use it for 7 Days. And now the employee at the ticket service in Salah Al Deen says that they cannot do anything I shall buy a new ticket. Very bad!

This guy is at Dubai mall bus station he made our day hell with soaring temperatures on my last visit. My parents are 70+ we bought NOL card with extra money to go to miracle garden first he gave us wrong information then loaded some other tourists to the bus we asked about first. While entering the next bus after 30’mins he made us get down and asked to add 5 Dirhams more extra to NOL card to go to miracle garden. He wasted 1.5 hrs of us in heat my parents were exhausted by this. His name is saeed or something be careful to get information from him while here he is a shame to RTA dubai

One of the only government entities that takes their complaints seriously with quick action. Hats off to whoever manages this - AMAZING customer service and responses when it comes to dealing, logging and managing complaints.

Update: unfortunately the complaint was deemed solved but it in fact hasn’t been solved. Quite frustrating.

My wife completed the course in Drive Dubai and it was a great experience and passed the test. The class schedule, communication, training method, school facility, fee, employees behaviour, precautions against Covid-19 etc are very good. Our trainer was Tamim Ansari, who is also very supportive and very experienced in training. We recommend Drive Dubai to all. Special thanks to RTA for the very well organized training methods and for taking care the safety of residents.

The bus timings are not as per the schedule. Many drivers pass their time waiting in the bustand for no reason.
Always making the journey delay. I really think RTA should take action on this.

UAE specially Dubai has one of the best Metro And Bus networks in the world. Amazing efforts that are being done by the RTA team. Not to mention the roads and the cleanness around the roads. Thumbs up guys.

A great metropolitan city, well established and architectural edifices.
Clean and well maintained road and transport networks.

I lost my DSLR camera in Rta bus.and all busses have cctv cameras also.even I gave all details about my journey, bus number they can’t find camera.they not even check the cctv also. Simply lost my costly camera including my private pictures.thanks a lot for Rta and police

Taxi driver cheated us on our last journey to the airport. Instead of 32 km the journey was 58 and almost missed my flight. When I raised a complain, they said that the fare and time was acceptable for the journey. Take Uber, don’t take taxis in Dubai.

I lost my nol card yesterday which is unlimited all zone for a month and I spoke to the customer service today, they assist me very well over the phone on filing a refund but the problem is I am having issue on receiving the PIN Code thru sms we tried to reset it several times but still no message receive so he help me raise the issue to the concern department. There is no other option like email to get a pin code? And it will take 3 days before you guys block my nol card? What if someone uses it during the time you are resolving the PIN CODE issue? It will be deducted on my refund balance? This is ridiculous!

Timing mentioned is 8 to 3.when I reach at 2: 30 security people said it is closed at 2. I wasted my time. RTA should update timing as per real closing so that custom may not suffer.

Most of dubai taxi driver need to be Rehabilitation and respect of the law of the drive in dubai!
