SRL Diagnostics- Dubai

Thank you for the lovely services it was amazing experience since it started with calling the lab in Dubai Healthcare city to communicating through what'sapp and visiting the lab amd the amazing pricing for the tests (please keep this the same) and the one who collected my blood and samples she is very professional although my veins are deep and im suffering with everyone who collected my blood before but she is brilliant i didn't felt the sample collection which is reflected her professionalism its my first time ever not to suffer with my blood collection process she knows what she is doing and thanks for the lovely team they are really nice people and professional i highly recommend this lab to everyone thanks for the lovely experience

Worst lab in the town.
Unprofessional staffs and no proper communication.
Wasted my time and money.

I did my tsh and double market test.and was told that I shall get my tsh report the very same day.and double marker after 2 days.
I did my tsh on Monday and the reports did not come on Monday. I called up Tuesday and they told it shall come by evening 4.and still no report.it's health matter how can such reputed diagnostic centers be so careless.very upset with the services.

The results are taking too long, there is no response from the lab so the communication is very bad. I recommend people to never work with this place. I heard that the results are not accurate.

I made pcr test in Karama medical center and they are the lab responsible to upload the result in Al hosn the result was negative but they upload positive
I spoke to the person responsible deeksith he was so careless and didnt do anything to fix

Even the registration update takes more than 12 hours. No one is attending calls even though they have 24 hours drive thru service. Very delay in getting updated on Al Hosn app. Not to be relied to expect result in 12 to 14 hours while planning a trip to Abudhabi.

Hours say 8: 30 am on the wall and the lady in the phone confirmed the same but no one arrived till a little after 9 am. Their process have give up since I came here a few years ago. Other labs are less priced.

A good pathology lab across the UAE, Dubai. Good service provider.accuracy in report, Timely reporting, good communication.overall good.
I would like highly recommend the SRL LAB to all pathology test.

Got my reports on time. Excellent approach regarding the tests. Cost effective price compared to other labs. I would recommend anybody.

Unprofessional staffs, i wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. They did a test conclusion that was totally wrong! If you care about your health and accuracy in tests, choose another place.

Horrible experience, they don't care about their customers, and they are big lier and changing statement every time.i could have gone for zero star.
