Worst customer service ever in uae many t8mes i called only i heard i will transfer your call was an amazong answer to the customer, not only 1 or 2 i called many times just i need is to send me my receipt through my email hope people will see this message n they will not come you. 1 star is more than enough to your bad service

Dear Concerned, During the recent visit to Dubai, UAE by the President /CEO Mr. Ghazanfar Azzam & his wife Mrs. Rizwana Ghazanfar of Mobilink Microfinance Bank Limited, Pakistan, the COVID-19 tests were carried out at Dubai Airport on 20-02-2022 but no receipt/Bill were obtained. Wrong collection date on certificate - airline won't accept.can't get through on the phone and no urgent contact facility. AVOID!

1 star is too much. They do FAKE covid tests, they scratch for 1 second a tip of your nouse, than give you result of presumably positive, so you pay urgency fee and for a second test only for it to be negative. They also always late with their test and never send it to your email, only after you contact them for 3 times to resieve results. Scam and dangerous, they operate on 5 star hotels and make life pf everyone uncomfrotable and dangerous. I am a nurse and i know it is a fake test

They did the PCR for both my kids but sent only one result. I have been trying to reach them by phone and email, but nobody responds. It's been 5 days now and I still don't have the PCR result!

More than 2 hours to collect the exam

Very professional and prompt service, they even sent me an urgent report of my test even when it was going to close in 15 minutes and I got the report 2 hours after their closing time. Have been here 3 times in last 2years. Never disappointed
