What a heavenly experience. You can feel the luxury right from when you step into Zabeel Saray. The staff is really friendly and they’ve taken extra care to get the finest of details right. The massage in itself was super relaxing. They have a really nice sauna, jacuzzi and a bunch of other facilities. If you’re looking to treat yourself or a loved one for a special occasion, this is a fantastic option (quite pricy but definitely worth it)

My wife and I were gifted a spa day by a friend. It was a very relaxing experience, our treatments were great and delivered to perfection. The whole ambiance is great - haven’t been to a spa which meets these standards!

Only criticism would be that the staff didn’t really direct us to anywhere so it is easy to get lost which can waste time.

Amazing as usual, my 15th time at this spa, by far the best luxurious and the best priced Spa in all of UAE.

We attended a couples massage and were disappointed by the lack of professionalism. We were peted and smeared with oil, and at the end we were shown exercises to relax tense muscles. In fact, it was for relaxation that why we came to the massage. The common rooms were lovely. Excellent saunas, a snow room and a large swimming pool. Choose your massage therapists carefully or change them to the best ones

Had a amazing and relaxing Sultan massage! The best way to spend my birthday. Very friendly and kind staff. Highly recommended!

This place used to be the best spa in the uae
. Not sure what changed, if ita management then it's very evident. The staff are not helpful nor welcoming or informative, there r things that don't work like the head pressure valves near the tropical room. They only serve water and tea when they had before a range of snacks along with proper machines replaced by a thermos! The massage I booked was 60 mins, usually they start a massage from when they start massaging you, the lady took into account the moment I entered including changing my clothes and washing my feet as part of the 60 mins. Overall, very very disappointed with how things changed here!

The place is amazing and very nice but the only thing is i pay 2000-3000dhs for a treatment and to enjoy the facilities and a quiet place but apparently people can pay 200dhs and use the facilities and it becomes crowded and noisy which is unfair so we cant enjoy the calmness so i believe if we pay more we should get the relaxed place we're expecting

If you've to Talise Spa at Madinat Jumeirah, you will be sorely disappointed here. The spa is incredibly outdated and is in a dire need of refurbishment. Broken lockers, broken shower, sad massage rooms and relaxation rooms. There is only one changing room for the whole women section. I wouldn't recommend it, I definitely recommend you go to the Madinat Jumeirah branch instead. 2 star because the massage itself was nice.

I received a gift voucher for this spa from my mother in law as she is totally obsessed and goes every time she comes to Dubai on holiday. I never got to use the gift until now due to unforeseen circumstances with travel and work. I have recently just tried to book it and they refused to avail the voucher as it was only valid for a year and it is now in its second year. We have emailed them again a couple of times but still no reply. It seems they are refusing to deal with this matter! The spa voucher is worth 650aed and they are practically taking it without providing me any services, almost like “stealing”.

I was really looking forward to trying this place out but this has left a bad impression on me as well as my mother in-law who is appalled at how their management is acting. It’s safe to say we will never use this spa/brand again and will not be recommending it to anyone.

Forgot my valuables there after a spa session (COUPLES 90 MIN TREATMENT), called 2 hours after I left, its been same story- they are conducting an investigation. Went there 2 days after, same story. Today makes it the 4th day after the spa appointment, no sign of my jewelry still.

For an establishment this grand and well known in Dubai, it is extremely shocking how poor the level of customer service and satisfaction is at this Spa. I was in Dubai from overseas looking forward to my Royal Hammam experience that I have booked long in advance, only to drive 30 minutes and to be told my appointment is canceled on arrival because the hammam is broken. They didn’t have the common courtesy to call in advance and tell me about situation. If you read previous reviews, this seems like a common occurrence for this spa. I will say they offered a massage instead but I was not interested in this treatment from the beginning. Management seemed the least interested in making up for my troubles, they said they would call me back to the spa once it was fixed but they did not even do that and I was in Dubai for another week. A part of me had a gut feeling they just overbooked.

Extremely disappointed in this place.

Please take your business elsewhere, there are many beautiful spas in Dubai that respect and highly appreciate their clients.

Loved every bit of it, starting from the reception to the Hammam, amazing staff very friendly and professional, My therapist Geeree was recommended to me by my daughter, she us wonderful and treated me like a queen. The lady at the reception who checked me in had a wonderful spirit.thank you, and yes I'm coming back

Best Spa in Dubai! It is huge, biggest pool I ever saw in a spa. An ice room to cool down after the sauna or the steam room.
Nice relaxing area. Everything is very clean. Locker system with everything you need inside.
You only need to bring yourself!

Despite the good spa, the customer service online are so un helpful.
I have purchased a gift voucher online and till now after my payment no one is responding to send me the voucher.
Neither my emails are directly replied on! Like each couple of days till i receive a reply!
Very unhelpful call center neither reception staff.

The location itself is beautiful. My first impression was: wow! BUT: the stuff is very unprofessional. While I was in the whirlpool there were two refilling glasses and drinks at the "bar" which was very loud. At the reception they wanted to have the payment before the treatment - i refused. The massage was ok but unfortunately got neck pain and headache after for more than a week. Will not visit this spa again.

Always a great pampering experience from the hammam in Talise Ottoman Spa. The snow room is an extra special touch.

Booked it for my husband and his friend traveling to Dubai from USA and both enjoyed a lot.

This used to be my favorite spa until I realised only the facilties are nice and the service is extremely poor.

I have never needed 10 min to spell my email to a receptionist like it's 1975, also no email was ever sent after all of that.

Last year when I booked your jacuzzi wasn't working and no one bothered telling customers beforehand.

It's very beautiful and unique. Staff are nice. I wish they had more rooms to experience. They only offer sauna, steam room, cold room and hot tub.

Booked a couples spa. It used to be absolutely amazing. Now you get a free man in speedo hanging out in the shared couples room. Absolutely creepy…
Really unbelievable that they think a privat couple spa includes squeezing into a hot bath with a stranger. It I hadn’t taken an afternoon of work and spent so much money it would be a funny!

Love this spa and it’s definitely one of the best spas in dubai but for the first time it was bad because there was a truck right outside the spa room window that had a very loud pump going for over an hour. Hopefully it won’t repeat because i won’t stay for that again. It was the opposite of relaxing and tranquil. Other than that great spa!

Wow wow wow wow and the team helped me - since i did my reservation while i was in Germany! They were so helpful and the experience was to die for! Returning again for sure! And also the price is so fair for the whole package and experience

The spa itself is absolutely beautiful, I have been a regular here for Many years and the at times it has been great but it’s a hit and miss; I would not recommend for a special occasion as some of the staff are very unprofessional and rude, some are pleasant. You never know which side you will get. My husband arranged a couples massage here for my birthday and booked a private area with jacuzzi and sauna in a couples area with champagne and fruit. At the start of our treatment the therapist were asking questions, The therapist who my husband had was very pleasant, however my therapist was very off, she didn’t seem engaged at all and was very adamant to tell me how my massage would go and refused to do my stomach, When I asked why she was just repeating no stomach, which I then agreed to, but she then went on to ask if I would like oil in my hair and head massage to which I responded no oil and no head massage instead pls focus on neck and pressure areas on forehead and eyes, she then very abruptly snapped and said no this is not a facial, we won’t do this. At this point I was left confused and said ok pls just do my neck no head as don’t want oil. After she then asked me if I would like soft, medium or firm pressure, I responded with medium/firm to which she then very rudely said only soft pressure but you can ask me during the massage. It seemed that she wasn’t happy with any of the responses I had to her questions. This therapist (Nazli) attitude was so off from the start that in the end she very arrogantly said she can find someone else to do my massage knowing they were fully booked and then left. In the end we were left waiting for around 20mins and then told half the treatment time has gone so will have to come back and rebook. When we asked to speak to management as we are regulars here and was requesting best service for special occasion; the management did seem apologetic but all this negative attitude on my birthday had already spoiled the mood. Honestly book and come to visit and you never know which side you will get, but do not risk for special occasions, my husband was left feeling very helpless and let down as he went to a lot of effort to book and in advance and we ended up leaving with no treatment and no plan for the day.

Amazing place! Definitely recommend! The spa is a perfect place to relax and enjoy time for yourself. The facilities are amazing, and the snow room is an extra bonus! Bravo

I've been having massages for the last 20 years and this is one of the best massages I had, by Naziha. Excellent service, amazing facilities. Can't fault it. Worth every penny!

The most amazing spa and Turkish bath experience in Dubai. One of a kind. Above the rest. The attention to detail and service is beyond this world. Always booked in advance and limited availability, but it’s worth the wait. We shall return for a day treat and enjoy the facilities more, where you can spend all the time you need after your treatment. Looking forward to the next visit!

This a very bad bad experience with the spa and the hotel no one is answering and if the answer they will keep us on holt tell you will get board and close

Everytime I called them, they are fully booked, no one from the staff trying to ask if I would like to come for tomorrow or day after, dear onwer/manager make briefing for your staff of the spa, they are dont even trying to assist the clients.

It is so sad that I have to come back and edit my old review of this spa because recently I have visited the spa twice and both times I was very disappointed with the staff.

They are very careless and very arrogant and sometimes rude!

they don’t care of your treatment and they just want to finish the appointment as soon as possible.

Three of us went to the spa for massages today, we all had a very disappointing experience, considering it’s a five star hotel it’s not worth it at all. The staff were very bad at their jobs. If you are looking for a good experience I would recommend any other hotel on the palm instead of here.

I had a turkish hamam, the service was excellent the therapist was extremely gentle and very professional I enjoyed the experience but the facilities wasn’t clean neither well maintained, the steam room wasn’t clean at all and so many other things.

The best thing I have treated my self with, I had the Royal Ottoman bath at the end thy give you a Turkish braslate, the place is super clean and the staff are friendly. Come early to enjoy the facilities.

Nice spa with a number of facilities such as a large pool, jacuzzi tubs, snow room, sauna (both dry and wet), steam room and ""adventure showers" (which are more novelty ideas than anything). They are gender separated so men and women are kept apart, and they are very strict with cell phone usage in the women's areas (which is rightfully so since a lot of women come here to unburden some of their coverings). The co-ed section is just a jacuzzi which is a bit underwhelming. They should definitely cater to more co-ed spaces that you can share if you are coming with your significant other. We had the couples hamam (Arabian Rose) and it was ok. The bubbles were fun but I felt like the rest was underwhelming. I'd probably sign up for a massage instead next time.

Omg! Had the jacuzzi followed by rose balm massage. Spectacular ambience and luxurious pampering! This is bliss. Can’t wait to spend another day here. The receptionist gave me 20% discount as they ran a few minutes late. Made me smile more

Pretty decor, terrible massage!
Fist of all, my therapist just put a bunch of oil my and rubbed it in with minimal skill or effort.
Secondly, I paid for 1 hour massage and barely got half an hour one!

I was in Dubai recently and went to this spa on my first day of arrival, I had a full body massage and facial and must say they were the best treatments. My therapist was very professional, friendly and very helpful.
