extremely rude staff with lots off attitude… not at all recommended to visit this business

Very slow inspection. Only one lane open. They took their time processing the row of cars and when it came to mine (by chance no other car after me), they just took off. I found one walking around and chatting to people and one leaning against the wall and scrolling on his phone and my car sitting in the test bay. There was no system glitch, it wasn’t lunch break time or prayer time. I felt like they had no interest in serving waiting customers.

Worst Tasjeel I have experienced. Any other is better

This Tasjeel vehicle testing centre is located in a remote area (in the City of Arabia next to Gems Millenium school) which is a great boon as there is no queue here and within 10 minutes the job is done!

They have 3 bays and only 1 open with 20 cars waiting on a weekday! So imagine the whole procedure how long would have taken horrible service!

Dear Tasjeel, for 170 dirham to pay, I'd only 500 AED, no change was with me. I'd to buy 55 dirham du recharge from the petrol station to pay your amount. It's not fair.

Great place to have your car inspected and ready for registration. They provide fast service, and quite efficient. If you are in the area, it’s a good place to do your testing at.

Very Friendly, Very Welcoming, Very Fast. I finished car testing in 8 minutes, and registration in 6 minutes. Including the greetings. I spend a total of 25minutes there. I’m surprised myself. 5 STARS!

Wonderful staff, and the service is fast. One testing lane is open and i had 2 cars ahead of me. Less than 5 minutes my car entered the testing lane. Professional engineers in the testing lane, and counter employees the best. They're so fast, i made the payment even before the test is finished.

Located at an isolated area away from the busy streets and it less crowded even in the even time. Loved the services and it was really quick as well.

I used the services for my Land Cruiser, inspection process went very smooth very friendly staff very short turnaround time, process finished in just 20 minutes altogether

I had a pleasant experience at this place as it was visible to me daily on my transit through Sh. Hamdan Street but couldn't find any signage though I wanted to visit them for my vehicle testing. The person at the test bay swiftly took charge of the car and guided me to the visitor's area with service counters. The officer politely offered me to take seat at his counter and proceeded with processing the charges and offered me few raffle tickets to fill out and put in the box. By that time the services guy brought my car keys after testing and parking. The officer informed me that I can do the payments for registration online and everything is fine.

So the whole process of vehicle testing was great and congratulations? The team for making it so quick.

Please fix signage on turning to inform motorists that your facility can be reached from there.

I must give full rating for this facility for the testing and customer service. It was my fist visit to this centre on 16th dec evening for vehicle renewal and very helpful people in office and testing area. I finished testing in less than 10 minutes. Even small doubts from my side was clearly explained by Emirati gentleman in the office. Going again this Thursday to fix the new number plate.

Excellent and super efficient service! Mr Rashid was extremely helpful in getting my renewal done efficiently and answered all my questions well. They have AFNIC insurance services which I would highly recommend to use. Quick, efficient and at great rates too. Look out for Rowell while you’re there to help you out with your car insurance.

This was my first time here for my annual vehicle inspection. I was in and out within 25 minutes with absolutely no issues. Excellent service and friendly staff. I’ll definitely be back next year!

Wouldn’t use this station ever again. I was told about issues on the car that did not exist. Also, seemingly un-interested in customer opinion or service.

Super quick service and no crowd at all. I went there on a Monday evening around 5 PM, and there were no cars in the testing bay. I straight went into the testing bay, got my car tested in 10 mins, and final vehicle transfer in another 15 mins. All in all within 25-30 mins I'd completed all procedures. The staff was cordial, respectful and guided us properly. You cant get a new number plate here, so the staff at eh counter guided us to visit rta al barsha within one week to change the number plate. So unless you're not keen on keeping plate number from previous owner, you can visit this centre for a quick and hassle free completion of process.

Was good and fast vehicle inspection, especially if you go in summer afternoon I think so, it was super fast. Within max 15 minutes everything was wrapped up and I left the place. And as the place is near to IMG means little outskirt so less people come to this place.

Brilliant prompt service with courteous staff. Highly recommended for car registration, renewal and insurance. It’s not busy at all and ample parking.

Very fast and friendly service on my recent visit, the inspection was completed successfully in barely 15 minutes. My compliments to the Tasjeel team there.

Add to that the online channels for insurance and to complete the registration renewal and it becomes very obvious how much this process was streamlined in the last 10 years.

Very nice place away from the crowded city. Friendly staff. You don't need to wait for long. I went there after office hours and still there was only one car in front me. I would highly recommend this place for passing and renewal of your car.

Thank you for this quick and super friendly service from all the staff. I think it was Mrs. Nadja at the counter who did the administration service for us. Very nice nd professional attitude and so helpful. The waiting area is not too big but very comfortable. Of course all is super clean.

Very nice and quiet place to go. Friendly staff since they don't have many customers! Everything done in less than 30 mins!

Very good experience. The staff was friendly. Got a gift pack as well. The place is a brand new facility and very convenient to drop by from Sheik Mohammed Bin Zayed road.

The location is not know to a lot. But definitely an upscale service for the neighborhood community.
