Irresponsible staff.
The inspection staff forgot to update the inspection report and because of their negligence I had to do vehicle inspection once again and pay inspection fee plus penalty

I have visited this center long periods and I found the staffs are very good. Perfect

All things are ok But Staff Behaviour is so Rude specially Mr SHAWAKAT MOHAMMAD Is shouting on Customers, I think Tasjeel management should send him for Classes.

In my opinion this is the best place to do all your Vehicle related works. They have the best and most Helpful staff, especially Mr. Farid was exceptional. Keep up the good work!

One of the best renewal process super fast, took me just 10min.

Direct just park car at testing lane.
Took token waited for 10min, paid the amount. In 2min got car keys drove back to home.wow amazing experience

Fantastic place. If you have a vehicle in good condition, nothing to worry about getting it cleared.

Service was fast and there were only two to be serviced before me so there was hardly any waiting time!

The testing center supervisor in the morning shift (Arabic speaking expact in the uniform) need to learn ethics to speak with other nationalities, if a question is asked & the answer should be in a humble way not with rudeness, I hope management will take action this time as reference to the previous complaints by other Customer in the reviews.

Quick and swift. Even with a 4 car wait ahead of me, I was done in less than 30 min - end to end.

First the timings posted for Friday opening times are incorrect
The system was down from 3: 30 to almost 5: 30. When the system was up.the quality of service inside is not good. The numbering system is being called out by mouth. No one knows where to go or how to get things done.you're always answered with a problem without a solution.you just have to keep asking again to figure out a way around it.took almost 4 hours to get the car registered.

Very good & prompt service. All employees are very cordial and especially Mr. Murshed Ahmad Aljasmi. He was very helpful and assisted me in resolving my registration issue. Its a blessing to have a tasjeel centre in Discovery gardens.

The staff could have been more helpful and easy to talk to, had to get my answers after trying hard.

I went for my car servicing there and the guy who serviced it, was so humble and did an excellent a job! I had to check everything including change oil. Etc since my car is abit old. His name is eijaz! Definitely going back there again.

Went there to do my vehicle testing. They are fast, accurate and friendly. Was done in 15 minutes and my car passed.

مكان جيد مم حيث الموقع، و عدم وجود ازدحامات مرورية، هذا فضلا عنه أنه لايوجد عدد كبير من المتعاملين، و الخدمات الداخلية ممتازة، ولكن فحص المركبة و بقاء ركن المركبة مم قبل الفاحص و ابقائها مفتوحه من دون اغلاق بقفل الأمان امر استغربته، وكان من الأفضل والاكثر امنا ان يتم قفل المركبة من قبل الفاحص و تسليم المفتاح للموظف الذي ينحز معاملة الفحص بالداخل

It was very organised and super quick. It took only 10 minutes to complete the car inspection and make the payment

It took me almost 1 hour to finish all, but everything was good, and you have to pay the plates guy to fix the plates.

The worst Tasjeel I have ever been to.
Very unprofessional and their attitude was so rude.

This Tasjeel branch is conveniently located in THE discovery Gardens to serve the Jebal Ali area, it is almost always empty, I love getting my car registration renewal done here as things are done fast here, the place is clean and has plenty of parking spots around it with the closer one designated to ladies, people of determination and VIP cuatomers, their working hours are 7: 00 - 9: 00.

Quiet Tasjeel. A hidden gem. Don't have to really wait in a queue. In and out within 10-15 minutes.

Much smaller compared to Shk Zayed road. Staff at counter were quick on their tasks, next time I will goto Shk Zayed road Tasjeel as it has better ambiance.
