So efficient,great service. I had my test done and the re registration done within half an hour. If you have to wait longer,there is a Starbucks next door. Thank you for being so professional

Staff here, from the garage guys to the staff in the offices are quite pleasant, polite and helpful.all the time. I have used the centre during the day, evening and weekend interacting with different personnel, every time my experience has been great and well above the usual standards. Whoever is running this place is doing an amazing job.well done to all management and staff.recommended if you want quick service with pleasant and non condescending staff.

I had a very bad experience at this branch today around by 8: 30 pm. Mohamed at counter no. 1 was very rude and he was forcing me to pay by card as he was very lazy to find change for AED 500 neither wanted to ask from his colleagues. He then told me to find change from somewhere and then he said I can come back again. He never wanted to help me to finish the work even after waiting for long. Very poor customer service and this was my first time to this branch and ended up with a very bad experience.

Training should be given to staffs to provide at least better customer service.

Very slow service, only one cash register was open, I waited in line for 1 hour, I won’t go there again

Great service, albeit a bit slow. Always someone at hand to give guidance or assistance. Seldom busy, so the queue is never long.

Technician Staff (speaks arabic, looks from east africa) not friendly at all, and keep saying he is professional (he did not even work at garage). I have done all my car and pass at thamam other than Tasjeer. This guy not coordinate, not friendly, attitude like he own everything. When U said I am gonna make a complain, he doesnt care even (said you can go ahead). Such a rude and worst experience. Paid 170aed Failed to test, and need to pay again to do it again. Zero star

Hidden gem. Normally is not busy at all, and renewal takes less than 15 minutes. Helpful staff also.

Got my car manually washed after the rain and it turned out nice and clean

The manager Naser was the most helpful person on earth
I was stuck in the middle no step up or down
Naser was the man to have it fixed

It is well organized, easy to find and not so busy. There is a car repair shop and Starbucks right next to the test center.

It is the worst RTA center in Dubai, technical staff is good, but the people sitting on upstairs counters are very slow and always creating problems for customers

Car renewal is easy and quick, if there is a problem with your car! No worries! There is a garage to fix it

I really enjoyed my experience in prowash the guys are really amazing especially ernest and allien and alam

Easy and convenient. Has it all for car registration renewal / sell / buy / testing.
Sometimes insurance counter is not available, be sure to get your insurance before visiting

The testing is done swiftly and everything needs to be paid online so testing bay is the only queue you face. Went there twice and got the car tested within 20 mins.

Fast services, no que in weekdays, everything was smooth.

Unfortunately after 5pm only one employee serving long queue of customers, but the receptionist & employee are so friendly

The worst I’ve experienced in all Dubai. Unfriendly, not helpful bad customer service and quite frankly I don’t think they know what they do. They failed the car because of the tire age and I went to RTA directly who passed the car without problem

First time I have used this facility and had to take my car for its first MOT. The staff were excellent polite helpful and made it a pleasant experience.

Nice modern small office. Few customers related to the other ones. Good service. Employers should be increased.

Wow i completed my ar inspection for licence renewal in 15 minutes. That's insane quick. Thanks guys. 2nd year in a row now with inspection done under 15 min. Very effective service.

RTA testing in under 10 minutes!

You may not believe that car inspection was completed in 9 minutes. From car delivery until getting it back including the payment and waiting, all in all takes around nine minutes.
There was no one in the queue when I delivered the car for inspection.

Fast. Easy. Good helpful people. No big overcrowded queues. AutoPro nearby. What else would you need?

Bad experience this time, too crowded, 2 test bays open only out of four, may be going to bigger centres is better.

I am just doing this review for the comprhensive test that i have for the used car which i want to register.the test is done in unprofessional way and there was no clarification for any defects or strong points in the car, what was mentioned in the test report just this is okay or not okay, the report was not showing any information for the car, engine performance or meachncal items although the cost of the test was very high around 420 almost double cost of the other centres, plus the guy was not willing to explain any thing about the car if i can buy it or not and he was speaking in unprofessional way when i have asked him to explain.at the end he got angry and he left me.i want to say i pay too much money for some thing that do not deserve.very bad expereince.but for RTA team and RTA sevice, the team is very supportive.

One of the best testing centres ever encountered in Dubai for me. The cheerful testing personnels to welcoming receptionist and security. The whole process got over in 5 to 8 minutes. Highly recommended.

Leave the car at the testing bay, go upstairs pay for the test and collect the certificate. You are set to go home. Registration renewal can be done online:) quick and easy.

Fastest car inspection service I have encountered since 2003

Quite new Tasjeel Vehicle Testing center. In my 10+ years of being in Dubai, this was the fastest test for a renewal of my vehicle registration. They have 4 testing bays, I visited at 6pm on Wed and it took just 15 mins overall. I only paid testing fee there in the office and they directed me to continue the registration renewal online.

Quick and super efficient. Not very crowded either.

They do only the vehicle testing. You'll get the soft copy of the test results via email. Once your car has passed the test, you need to do the registration renewal online. Mulkia will be couriered to your chosen address with a delivery fee of 25 AED. Super easy and convenient.

I had to renew two cars and did both within 30 minutes!

The supervisor let us wait 3 hours just becouse the car is not clean, no proper communication at all

Don't go to this branch there is someone works in the test area will eat you, he is the boss he will eat you and you cannot complain

Fast service. However there is possibility of improvements. Only 2/4 test bays were working and one was occupied by a truck for at least 40 minutes. Hence, long queue.

Although the centre has 4 test lanes, they were only operating 2. Nonetheless, even though we got there at 8: 40, they still managed to accommodate my request and transferred ownership of the car to me after having done the test too.

I used the Simply Car Buyers service and it was a very easy and clear process to sell my car. Faisel was especially helpful and professional.

The staff is generally helpful. For renewing registration, my car was failed because of an old accident (a minor dent on the rear bumper) that needed a police report. Despite submitting it right away, I had to wait rather too long to obtain the pass report.

Voted the best in business, staffs are extremely good and polite. Met Mr Hari at the workshop, he took the car for testing and it took around 15 mins for everything to get done. If you are in outskirts of Motor city still I suggest you to visit the place, not much traffic, good location and amble car parking.

Did my car registration test here. Very good service but it gets very busy during the weekends so better to go early in the morning.

Not too many people are aware of the Tasjeel (Vehicle Transfer, Registration Renewal and Checking) located in MotorCity. It is a great setup with personalized service because of the low number of clients as people seem to be unaware of its existence. The supervisor Mr. Harry is particularly very helpful and goes out of his way to make the experience pleasant for every client. I highly recommend using this Tasjeel for all residents of the vicinity (Motorcity, Arabian Ranches, Mudon, Damascus Hills etc). Top notch service and turnaround time!

Awesome service, they are very thorough and the inspector took the time to show me and explained very well how to fix my car for the next test.

Took my car for a yearly rta test, they failed it for a constant oil leak, took it to the workshop to check and there’s no oil leak so took it back the next day and they passed it but charged me a retest fee of 70 aed!

Very conveniently located and very courteous staff from the staff receiving the Vehicle to Mr Rashid upstairs doing the process

Not very busy however staff is limited visited evening time. Spend around 30 minutes for vehicle testing and renewal. Brand new Starbucks next door if you want to get a cup while waiting.

Its new and not a lot of traffic on it, the staff are very friendly and helpful. I heared the insurance options are a hit expensive but i insured my bike via the phone with RSA as usual. The whole process didnt take 10minutes from dropping the bike to finalizing and paying and getting the new registration card. Highly recomended.
