Nice hotel. Very peaceful. As JVC is a new location there r some building being constructed but its really nice

My boyfriend and I went for a Duo package Moroccan Hammam + massage. Ayu and Nirma took great care of us, they were so excited about what they were doing they made us laugh and relax, no dull moment in this session! The place is gorgeous the only negative points for me was the music we could hear from the pool and the AC inside the hotel but nothing to do with the competency of the Staff and we still had an amazing time, I recommend this place.

Took the "Mr and Mrs" Loved the expertise and professionnalisme both Jish and Ari had. I felt transported to another place. Will definitely come back. Perfect experience for a couple.

Terrible experience.
Took a facial package. The masseuse was not an expert at all. She had no idea what she’s doing & she kept using her phone and was checking Instagram reels while I was trying to relax with mask. Complete waste of money & time. All the dead skin was still on my face like unbelievably terrible service for the amount of money that they charge. Will not recommend to anyone! Pls be aware!

زرت هذا المنتجع وكنت حاجز 4 ليالي لكن في يومي الأول ،، فترة العصر نزلت لمنطقة السباحة وكانت في الحقيقة مناظر مؤذية للعين المسبح كأنه صالة طعام والغالبية في غير وعيهم لايوجد أي أجراءات احترازية خاصة بكورونا داخل منطقة السباحة الناس ماقاربين جدًا ، السماعات مزعجة بسبب قوة الصوت ، نوعية المتواجدين النوعية التي يعجبها اجواء (الديسكو فقط) اتوقع أن كثير من رواد الفندق ليسو من السكان فهو مفتوح لمن يريد وهذا لا يعطي خصوصية. للنزلاء. تجربة لن أعيدها على أية حال ،، رغم ان تصميم الفندق أعجبني ، لكن كثافة عالية مع انخفاض ملحوظ في خدمة النزيل والسعر يعتبر مرتفع.

My husband and I had the worst experience in the spa. Did a 2 hr massage and facial. It wasn’t relaxing and we could hear all of the music from the outside day party. The masseuse were really bad. And my husband and I both left more unrelaxed than when we got there. I would not recommend
