Impressive! From the professionalism of the Reception Staff, and the knowledge they have about what tests to make (after reading the doctor's orders) they still asked some detailed questions to make sure the test being done is accurate. The taking of the blood sample was very efficient and hardly any pain! Results were released very timely, and the whole thing is also very reasonably priced! Highly recommended!

Absolutely unreliable lab, the worst experience ever. We had a bad luck to be referred to this lab for a highly important and expensive fertility related test (priced over AED 2000). The test was required urgently and the lab informed us that the waiting time is 10 days/14 working days. Which was a tight deadline for us - but still worked. After 13 days of waiting we were informed that ACTUALLY the waiting time is 14 WORKING days - which brings it to 16 calendar days. In a further conversation we were promised the results even later - 18 days after the test was performed. We find this absolutely appalling and unacceptable. Taking into account the delicate matter of the test in question, the lack of the result within the discussed time brought us to very severe (and expensive) consequences.
Also doesn't help at all that the employees of the lab in question converse in a mechanical way - just repeating the scripts, without apologies or any sort of human empathy. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Very nice service, Hana very friendly, being coming here for 6 years, Ivy blood collection is a angel, don't even know blood is already collected.

Beware, even though this lab is listed by Emirates as a lab that does PCR testing, it doesn't, they don't take samples. I recommend scheduling an appointment with a lab, it will save you time.

The lab is very systematic and professional in its process and approach. The staff is great. The lab results are very trustworthy and I always prefer doing all my tests here than any other lab in Dubai.

Front desk are so kind and helpful, prices are reasonable, and they don’t delay results, also their results are so accurate, my trustful lab so far.

Staff very professional, and results sent to patient and clinic in a very timely manner. Location is also convenient next to a metro station and paid parking is available.

Very Amazing and professional lab, Extremely clean. Very well behaved

The facility is outstanding and guided me with my tests and made me understand the process.the assistance is great, until i got my report as my case was urgent.
