Customer Happiness Center is a joke! I refused medical treatment but my rights were not upheld. Forced to pay (multiple times totalling about AED 7500 between 2021 Jan- 2023 Nov) for treatment I didn't want.

السبت/ 2 ديسمبر 2023 أحضرنا الوالده لقسم الطوارئ و لديها الم شديد تقدره ب10/10الممرضه أخبرتنا انها لاتستطيع ادخالها بسبب عدم توفر سرير وطلبنا فقط مسكن وسننقلها إلى مستشفى آخر اخبرتنا الممرضه ان ننقلها والوالده تتلوى على الكرسي من الالم وتطلب منها مسكن ولكن الممرضه تقول انها لا تستطيع ادخالها والأطباء مشغولين يؤسفني جدا هذا الوضع

الدكتورة عميره عزيز تعاملها جداً لطيف ومتفهمة لديها اخلاق عالية جداً ساعدتني كثيراً في فترة علاجي لمرض السكري

Best Hospital, They are real Heros, Did very well Job with Covid Patients in 2020 and 2021, May Allah Belss founders Management, Doctors and all staff.

Great hospital with nice facilities, state of the art automated pharmacy with prescriptions delivered with robotic arms. Well organized, punctual appointments and follow ups, staff is attentive and efficient. Special thanks to Dr. Martin Kurian, his support staff, and dept.

This hospital is very Good hospital, they are very helpful. My Father in law mr. Kamal was admitted on their hospital as 2 month+ they treatment our patient very carefully. And most thanks to dr. Shindu helped us dubai to dhaka with out Patient very take cared. She is most Honorable person.

Ibrahim bin Hamad hospital RAK really now a day changed completely especially gastroenterology unit Dr Marium AlKatery make the unit most advanced unite all over UAE, and also intensive Care unite since COVID19 HOD dr Rania Omar really made great efforts, very good results

اسوء طوارئ فالدنيا كلها يخلوكم تتريون ساعتين اقل شي ولو انت مريض بتمرض زيادة من كثر الانتظار يعني زيدوا عدد الدكاترة الستاف الممرضين شي صراحة يرفع ضغط المريض

Not recomended at all 4 years ago my mom went in just for having breathing issues in only 2 hours she went to coma, they injected her with three injections at same time after that she passed away in icu, she used to do regular check up at same hosp coz my mom was heart patient and this is the only hospital for heart section, although they always told her your reports are fine, but after killing and injecting her they brought a cause of death was 5 different disease, heart failiure, namaunia, high bp bla bla bla, and the checkup nurse even if ur sick as hell and your not local she will write your condition as not urgent so you can pay and she will get bonus, the checking nurse cheked my mom and said she not having an issues go pay and come, my mom was having fever high bp same time i took her to private clinic they wrote me a paper she need to be admitted imiditely, and again i came back to her and showed the paper to manager, the nurse said i didnt regirter her as a patient coz she didnt paid

بصراحه اوسخ مستشفى شفتة. رحت على الطواري معاي عامل مصاب وينزف دم قالولي ما نستقبل عمال
شو يعني العامل مش انسان يا وسخين. بي امانه مفروض هل مستشفى ينشال من دولة الامارات اذا هذا تصرفاتهم

لا يردون علي الهاتف, اتمني من السادة المسئولين بوزارة الصحة او مؤسسة الإمارات الصحية محاولة الاتصال بأرقام الهاتف لهذه المستشفى وهم سيتأكدون!

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته توني يايب الوالده ساعه 1 منتصف الليل من طواري مستشفى عبيد الله صراحه ممرضه ماعندها اسلوب وتكلمنا بشديد اللهجه وتقول خلاص روحو ماشي سراير ماعندها اي اسلوب وترفع صوتها وامي فيها تحس حراره براس عندها ظغط والاستقبال نفس الكلام قالي اشتكي كيف مستشفى طواري يقول روحو مابدخلكم ماشي سراير لازم تعلمون الموظفين و الممرضات رقي بالتعامل والايجابيه، أحمد الشرهان

أود حقًا أن أعرف ما سيقوله الموظفون والإدارة حول جميع التعليقات السلبية حول المستشفى ، تم إدخال أمي في وحدة العناية المركزة بسبب مرض كوفيد لمدة 7 أيام وتوفيت في اليوم الذي وافته المنية ، أخبرني الطبيب أنها تتحسن ، أتساءل حقًا أن الأشخاص المسؤولين يمكنهم النوم بهدوء بعد كل المراجعات التي قرأناها ، فكيف لم يتم الرد على أي من المراجعات المذكورة هنا من قبل فريق المستشفى؟

I would really like to know what the staff and management would say about all the negative comments about the hospital, my mum was admitted to the ICU due to covid sickness for 7 days and died the day she passed away, the doctor told me she is getting better, I really wonder the responsible people can sleep peacefully after all The reviews we read, so how come none of the reviews mentioned here have been responded to by the hospital team?

مستشفي لا احد يرد على هاتف المواعيد ننتظر على الهاتف 20 دقيقة ولا مجيب كل العالم اطور في الخدمات الطيبة الا مستشفي سيف محلك سر

What a bad hospital they never answer my call i tried to call them many time with their diffrent number and they still never answer, i talked with the doctor by phone and he told me that they will send me the medicines and it didn't happen and this problem happened to me twice from now

I would like to thank everyone.starting with the Security on the Emergency gate, the receptionist who registered me, the friendly nurses who took care of me! The amazing doctor who helped me. When I walked in I was feeling so tried, so sick! & now I am leaving with a smile on my face. I am not good with names, I don’t remember the name of the doctor neither the nurses but from the bottom of my heart: Thank you I tried many emergencies in Ras Al Khaimah and I assure you that this one is the best! Better than even the big private hospitals! Thank you again.

Worse hospital in UAE.my father was admitted there as a Covid patient, and he died after a stayed a month in ICU.
So far, I don't understand the cause of his death as he had no health problems, no sugar, no heart problems, no blood pressure, but I thought it was a medical mistake as he went as a normal Covid patient and got out to the grave,!
in general,
it was very difficult to get to the doctors because of the call center and everyone is lost, and the doctors give different reports about my father, and the most funny thing that you are not allowed to visit your patient so you will never know what’s going on inside
but God is there.

سيء جداً فكل شي يحسسوني كاني اتشحت ادوية امي اتمنى الجهات المعنية تنظر لي هالمستشفى بعين الاعتبار حتى المواعيد نتشحتها ويوم الخميس محد يداوم

It lacks teamwork, scrutiny of work, and not taking reasons more than one point of view

يفتقر للعمل الجماعي و التدقيق بالعمل و عدم الأخد بالأسباب أكثر من وجهة نظر

Bad communication with the patient's family during Covid 19, they should have a level of the update, specifically when the case is critical.

مايستاهل ولا نجمه لا تعامل ولا احترام للمريض نيي قبل موعد ويخلونا ننتظر ومواعيد طويله انا تخليت عن علاجي على ها سبب

Good service from nurse and doctor (Indian and fillipino) but some doctors are not care for foreigners but only locals and showing not interested
