Very Good Hospitality & Good service & cost is also reasonable, Best Lab in Ras Al Khaimah

After finished my night shift I reached there 15 minutes late for MRI. That Receptionist is very rude. Directly he told me you are late come next time I requested that I come from night shift and morning time found much traffic but he not listen. I'm very very Disappointed.really this type of hospital I never seen.

Reception staff was very supportive on telling them the urgency for test. They ignored their lunch time and gave attention to my son’s test. Thanks to all the team for their support in getting insurance approvals fast.

IRC-RAK is one of the best Radiology Centre.
From reception to Doctor & from value for money till nursing care it's very affordable.
The ambiance is very good and on the whole it's my personal experience and wishing IRC-RAK to expand as they are professional with a touch of a friendly attitude and atmosphere.

The place is really excellent and organized in terms of appointments and the kindness is very respctful and tasteful in dealing

Very friendly staff and doctor. They make you comfortable and tests were done thoroughly. Very clean place. Organized staff from appointment until collection of results. Highly recommend.

Worst reception male he never respond properly & wrong information given
i wont go again because of the male reception behavior.dear management kindly take action on the reception.

Bad reception service. Giving quote / price double than actual charges. Other Pt paid for the same X-ray 360 dirhams by IRC but receptionist told me that the same x Ray 800 dirhams. Administration should take care of male receptionist for giving wrong pricing for services. I am a doctor and I know about charges for services.

Very bad experience. Reception is not good in customer service. Not at all welcoming. Insurance approval takes time and giving appointment very late. There is no lady radiologist for female patients.overall not at all satisfactory experience.
