You should ask about sick person before you ask about 240 aed And for insurance you should have someone for 24 hours Because I’m shocked when he told me Insurance only morning So next time I need to inform my father plz be strong until morning because the staff not there

I have to visited due to a e scooter accident. Stitches and CT scan was carried out and done very professionally. The nurse was very caring as were all the staff I dealt with. The whole process did take 2 hours or so by nothing too excessive
اسوء مستشفى ف العالم لا خدمة زينة ولا التعامل و الموظفين منفسين 24 ساعه مادري ليش الحكومة موظفتهم مب عشان يخدمون المرضى جنه. و يقولون للناس الزيارات لين الساعه 10 و هم يسكرون باب الرئيسي من الساعه 9. بالعقل يعني الزوار يايين من قبل الساعه 9 شي طبيعتي ببركن جدام. اليوم الحارس ما طاع يفتح لي الباب اونه روحي من صوب الطواريء. بنت روحي نازله ليش الف المستشفى من برع! اخر شو قالوا قوانين؟؟؟؟ وصلنا 2023 لين متى الناس راح تعاني!
I just arrived by ambulance to the hospital after a car accident hitting into a wall. I was in the wheelchair, I told him I’m feeling so dizzy and have pin and needles in my fingers, I cant feel my fingers, he replied and said told where’s my health card, I replied and said I have insurance. He start to make jokes on how the car hit the wall, was it inside the villa. How dare he! I arrived by ambulance and he was so disrespectful and said you have British passport it’s not urgent bla bla. How dare he! Shame on them!
I’m sick, shaking, dizziness after hitting the wall, vomiting in ambulance also. What the hell! My husband is Emirati and it’s my right to go to that hospital.
In the end I left in pain with mild concussion sick, dizzy and would rather be in bed that suffer with rude staff. Worst hospital experience ever, in my life. Don’t go There!

مستشفى حكومي لا يلبي ولا يخدم اصحاب الهمم! يجب ان تكون خدمة خاصه لاصحاب الهمم كونهم لديهم اعاقات ذهنية، اتمنى تدخل مؤسسة الخدمات الصحية لوضع خدمات خاصه لاصحاب الهمم.
ما يردون على المكالمات صار لي يومين اتصل بهم و عندي استفسار و لما البدالة يرد علي يقول لي ما اعرف و بحول لك لقسم المعني و يتم يرن الهاتف لين ما يصك و لما اتصل عشان اقدم شكوى نفس الحالة و لما طلبت يحولون لي المكالمة لمدير العام نفس الحالة محد يرد علي هل يعقل ان الموظفين 24 ساعة مشغولين و ما عندهم وقت يردون على استفسار ؟ انا ما ابغي المستشفى يطرشون لي مسج نأسف على تقييمك و تجربتك ابغي يشوفون شو السبب هل اهمال من الموظفين او اسباب اخرى
29th august 2022 when I went in emergency the guard of night shift was very rude. When I was asking him any questions he was just keep on interrupting and saying go out. When I ask him to call his suite manager he did not comply and keep on misbehaving. After near hour the duty manager same and said ok we will look in to the matter but no action. I want the saqr hospital management to take action against this rude security guard on night swift. The guard was not cooperating in any was nor he share his name or other information. Only I know he is Pakistani. In the picture you can see him on the main gate of emergency department
My brother's 2 fingers stuck inside cutter and both finger losted. I went emergency he was bleeding and with severe pain they ask me to wait as dr is not here my bro is very brave he said ok but i was crying inside they even didn't give him basic treatment on emergency basis no pain killer injections etc after 2 hour dr camd and starts treatment. I went there at 11 and came back at 5.30. No priority for even emergency situations
انا شخصيا جربت هالمستشفى كان اوكي جدا. لكن ايام الكورونا الوضع صار اسوى لكن علينا الصبر و قعدت ف طوارئ عندي طفل مجروح و دخلوني بعد س1 ونص ليش الحاله طاريه مب بسيطه
. The only trauma hospital in Rasulkhaimah . All the trauma emergency is treated here free of cost . Needs to increase emergency capacity as patients have to wait long some times
Excellent service, I was traveling from USA as a tourist and had a small accident/tear in my lip. From check-in person (forgot the name), to nurse Binci, to surgeon Dr. Mohamed Mohiudeen, all were amazingly professional, explained everything, did sutures and I was out of there in 45 minutes! Very impressed! Highly appreciated!
Saqr Hospital Accidents and Emergency: Caring and professional stuff, plus quiet modern medical equipment. God bless all their caring doctors and nurses - "brothers and sisters", all the ambulance stuff, God bless UAE Government and Ras Al Khaimah Government, thanks for all the medical help and all the lifes saved every day here! The negative sides: Very long waiting time, and by magic - "some nationalities" get treated prioritized, unfair.
The customer care number is just for a formality. No any service, no any answer when I ask something. They just forwarded the call and beep sounds. (I have called on 3rd Apil 2021 @ 10: 38 am
You wait hours to be checked by the dr. It took 2 hours and half just to examine. At the reception is crowded and some aren’t adhering to social distance. Bad system, they should prioritize the emergency cases and not let people wait hours. The dr that saw me was good, respectful but didn’t take enough time to explain in details the diagnosis has run to other patients as were getting busy. Nurses were ok.
المكان عبارة عن اهمال واستهتار بأرواح الناس وأخطاء طبية بلا حدود الإنسان ماله قيمة عندهم اطلب من المسؤولين تسليط الضوء على كل ما يجري في اروقتها. انا اخي اجراء عملية وحدث فيها خطا طبي وبعد هما مااكتشفوا الموضوع إلا حصل عندو تسمم بالدم والجسم. اما عن وجعي الحقيقي امي دخلت عندها بداية جلطة وضلت اربع ايام بالمستشفى ما تاخذ دواء لحد ما تعب القلب وقف وهيا الان بغيبوبة بالعناية المركزة اللي طاقم تمريضها مجرد من كل مواصفات المهنة
We went to the emergency section with a very painful injury to my friend. It works like an op ward. He sat there in pain for more than half an hour. Absolutely unfair and inhumane.
The most worst hospital I ever seen especially the doctors i don't know how they have been hired or how they got their certificates to be doctors from the beginning! This's from a very bad experience.
