Today I visited Dr. Zeeshan Naeem. Because I had a high temperature and a severe headache all night. But I want to say that this doctor is not literate at all and does not know how to communicate with a sick person. Very rude. He prescribed me antibiotics because I told him that I was allergic to antibiotics. He didn't even listen. He said that I did not have a temperature. Since I had previously taken antipyretic pills for a doctor’s examination. This was not the first time I visited this clinic, but not with this doctor. He's just a rude, uneducated doctor. I don’t recommend it to anyone

I found my experience with Dr. Zeeshan Naeem to be disappointing. The communication was lacking, and I felt rushed during appointments. It would be beneficial for the doctor to spend more time addressing patient concerns and improving overall patient-doctor interaction. As as well my interaction with Dr. Zeeshan left me feeling uneasy due to the perceived lack of empathy and a dismissive attitude. I believe a more patient-centered approach, with improved communication and understanding, would greatly enhance the overall experience for those seeking medical care. This will be my first and last visit at THUMBAY CLINIC and i would never recommend any of you to go there.

Every Person in the clinic including Doctor Shamina (Female) all are There Just for Generating a Good Number of Revenue,

I have a little Doubt On this clinic I visited here for my wife with high fever, I paid 60 aed consultation charge Twice within 10 days

They are asking to have 250 Aed Full profile check up for every patient. After having this check up Doctor is just simply doing Referral to the Other hospital by providing excuse they don't have other facilities My wife was having High fever even she can't stand up on the time properly though the doctor was not able to provide any kind off medicine she didn't prescribed any medicine to us, only referral to the other hospital is the best solution for thumbay clinic.

You are the Best ever worst experience in my entire life I have spent times Within Uae and India.

No follow up with the patients at all.
They don't care if the patient is trying to reach out to talk to the doctor, there will be no update given regarding your reports and the call center staff will try connecting the call but the Dr.wil never receive the call.

I show them my insurance card and they said not accepted but when I ask them to check in the system, my Card is covered.
I think this behavior is not acceptable.

I came there to see doctor because i had pain and i need to know what happened and get some relief but they said their system is down and i came back along with that pain. In 30 years this is my first experience that they told me that i should come again after 2,3 hours. Like you cannot see doctor when you need, you will see doctor when they want you to see doctor. Terrible

Reception must be sent to training, specially the Guy, he behaves likes he owns Thumbay and doing favor for free, no. Manners to speak either

I have called to ask if I can come today to do health package, they told me yes on phone, i drove 40 minutes and when I arrived the receptionist told me there is no doctor available…

I would start with the reception, the male receptionist must know how to speak to customers even if they ask repeated questions. The nurse was polite.

We enquired for Dr. Geetha. She is really amazing. She listens to her customers, analyze the situation and then tell us what needs to be done. Never be hesitant to ask her any questions regarding to your issues. She will be always helpful and give you the best advise. She will recommend the best possibilities too. I am highly satisfied with her service and would highly recommend to anyone in RAK if they are looking for Gynecologist specialist.

The worst ever service I have received from any kind of organization. Completely unsystematic.

They doesn't have any idea how to handle if there is 3 or more patients.

Prompt reply from the Manager Mr. Shetty on my review and the issue was resolved soon. Very kind and friendly person.

Nice staff. Service is very slow unfortunately. Place is too crowded. Appointments doesnt bring so much cause still have to wait. Insurance services are quick at least. Accreditation is smooth process.

I visited many clinics in Ras al Khaimah, Thumbay is the best. Dr Sandeep was very friendly & caring. The process was easy and staffs are good and excellent facilities.

I have a bad experience tonight in the clinic because of the receptionist and a gp doctor who doesn’t understand a simple request from patient.

I just visited the clinic because of the internal medicine dr.pragish which is very good

When i called them to ask them to send my test result on email they told me to call late bacause they are busy

Waited nearly 2 hours to see the doctor even though patients who came after me were called in first.

I enjoyed very good treatment with Dr. Geetha Lokam after consulting gyneacologists it in other hospital to no avail!

Excellent service in the clinic. I came with my friend. All the process went smoothly. Insurance approval was so quick. Though waiting time was there, it is common in all clinics. Doctor was very good in terms of diagnosing my friend's problem and the medicines worked well for him. I recommend this clinic for pleasant experience for the patient.

This is low class service clinic and thumby clinic staff's don't have behavior one my staff she check up blood they told at evening you can get report if you not come just call we will send but I call in clinic they transfer my call here to there may be 10 minutes they took my call but I tell them I need to submit that report in hr department but today 5 days finished every day I call them but no body caring that report 5 days finished but still I didn't get that report I suggested to everyone don't go there for check up that clinic very bad n miss behavior staff there

I am writing this with painful heart,

I am a person who respects doctors same as God.

We can do any other work, but only a doctor can do their job.last Friday i went to thumbay clinic due to headache and vomiting.

I could not stand or sit with headache. I felt that much pain.my sister and husband requested to doctor to consult me quickly.

They told to the doctor that sometimes I will go to unconscious when i feel this much pain.

This lady doctor has behaved very badly. She didn't check me at that time.i cried very loudly due to the pain, yet she didn't come out.
She told to my husband’ if it is emergency, you should go to hospital, it is a clinic, we cannot do any emergency thing here”
What is the ethics she has learned from her profession?

For what these type of clinics situated?

At last she shouted very badly to us, she told she couldn’t go to washroom since last two hours, is that our mistake?

She is not eligible for that profession, she doesn't have any good manners.

At the same time another Pakistani lady doctor is there, very good behavior, she knows how to behave with patients.she should learn all things from her.the

the another painful thing is that, she is coming from god's own land.and yet.

I would like to write few comments about Thumbay Clinic - RAK, in terms of service Thumbay is one of the best I would say, they maintain the clinic very well, really neat and clean.

Secondly Doctors and medic staff are professional, they are helpful and very polite, all the staff including the manager deal with the patients in a friendly and polite manner.

However I would like to share my experience with the doctors, once I had serious health issues then I went to Thumbay clinic and I was referred to Dr. Santy Antony then she examined and instructed the medic staff to do certain tests, after couple days I went see the reports then she advised me that my health condition is very bad thereafter she referred me to the specialist Dr. Pragish who treated me very professionally so within 2 weeks I became normal.

Yesterday I met Dr. Santy at the medical center and I thanked her for taking the right decision and saving my life from a critical condition. However by the grace of God now I don't have any health issues and I am back to normal.

Poor service and no humanity in the people’s there, we went to this clinic and we reach there around 10: 45 pm, my son of 7 years had some pain in his stomach he couldn’t sleep at night, and it was the nearest one for us, the specialist was not available only the generalist and we said that’s fine because need someone to check the boy.but she refused to accept us because she have to leave, and still 15 mins for her duty to finish.at 11: 00 pm. Now the question is where is your humanity? Credibility? Honesty in work?
